Welcome to Our Gulfview Escape, a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath home located in the Highland Parks community in laid-back Blue Mountain Beach. The spacious home has an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living with a large flat-screen TV and plenty of seating for everyone. Featuring a master king bedroom on the first floor and another king master bedroom with twin bunk beds on the second floor, along with two guest bedrooms on the same floor, each equipped with twin over queen bunks and additional twin beds, this charming home offers comfortable accommodation for up to 14 guests. Enjoy the sunrise while having your morning cup of coffee on the balcony, and in the evening, watch the sunset on the porch. The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
