AIRPORT INFORMATION:

Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is located in Panama City Beach and is approximately 45 minutes from the condo.

Destin-Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS) is located in Destin and is approximately 1 hour from the condo.

When flying into the Santa Rosa Beach area, we highly recommend booking a car service (we can provide you with suggestions) as Uber/Lyft can be difficult to schedule in our area.

STARTER AMENITY PACKAGE:

Our guests are provided with an "amenity starter kit," which includes an initial supply of bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, body lotion, 2 dishwasher pods, 2 rolls toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll paper towels,  2 laundry pods, and trash bags. These items are provided for your convenience, and are only intended to get you through your first 24-48 hours

*You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property.

Please note our age requirement policy; One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

Great stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and well furnished, beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for five (three adults two kids). There is a view of the ocean (not the beach) from the balcony (condo is on the 4th floor). The given address was incorrect (it’s 2046 rather than 2048) so finding the condo initially took awhile. There were boogie boards, lots of beach toys (nets, buckets etc) and towels for the pool/beach (at least 6-8) supplied. We did have to reach out to the company about a minor thing; I called after hours and was surprised to get someone on the phone at that hour. Wendy was so helpful, even offered to come right then to help out. Was very pleased with customer service. There are two restaurants, an Irish bar, a breakfast place, a souvenir shop and an ice cream place within walking distance for us and kids (less than 10 minutes). The beach is a seven minute walk with kids. The deeded beach service is first come first serve every day but there are several companies right there at the beach access spot so even during busy times we had no trouble getting a spot. We did have to get there early (before 8) to get a front row spot. There were no restaurants or bars on the beach in the area but there were some a couple of miles away with an ocean view. Overall, this was a great stay and we were very happy with it. Had a great time. Our favorite restaurant for both the atmosphere and quality of the food was AJ’s in Grayton beach.

We loved our stay at Redfish Village. It was the perfect cozy beach community that we were hoping for. The condo was spacious, clean, and prefect for our family. Having 2 Master King suites provided privacy and comfort. The kitchen was updated and equipped to meet all of our needs. The setting area on balcony was accommodating and had a distant gulf view which made it nice to drank coffee in the mornings. At night you were able to listen to live music from RedFish Taco which was relaxing. When inside you could not hear the music or your neighbors. The beach was only a 5-10 walk but having access to the free beach shuttle was wonderful and convenient. Everyone was so nice and friendly. The pool and warming pool were a great addition and never over crowded. Having access to walk out and view the pools from the condo was helpful especially if have children. The beach was stunning and we had no issue with setting up our beach chairs and umbrella behind the RedFish Chair rentals. We did rent beach chairs during our stay with no issues. The French doors in the living room did not have blends so others across can see into the unit. The creamery is a must and everything is in walking distance. The beds are so comfortable that it was difficult to get up to head to the beach. This was one of our favorite vacation spots. The hosts were great to communicate with, the beach was stunning, the unit was amazing and we will return when in the area.

We stayed on our family beach vacation trip for 5 days and 4 nights. We had 2 adults and 2 kids, ages 12 and 13. The accommodations exceeded our expectations and were more beautiful than the pictures. We loved the proximity to the beach, the size of the condo, and the amenities provided. We ate out a lot but also cooked in the condo and had all the utensils we needed. The property manager for this rental is kind and communicative. We loved the outside porch/balcony view (it’s on the 4th floor). We had coffee every morning there and it was such a relaxing start to our day. The beds were comfy and adequate blankets were provided. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated, and ready for us. The pool and local beach access were so nice. The shuttle ran consistently and even though the beach was so close, it was nice since we were carrying chairs/umbrella. This whole property is so family friendly and we were very impressed with the organization (trash chutes on upper floors for ease of taking out trash, etc). My kids say they enjoyed having some playing cards there. We had family game time and played Spoons. :) Having the 2.5 baths was great for our family. We enjoyed having Redfish Taco restaurant so close. It has great food, had a simple ordering process, and it was super lively on Saturday night when we went. I highly recommend this property. We would 100% rent again. Check in and check out we’re done with ease. Thank you for being a part of our family vacation memories!

Great Family Spot

This property is a great getaway on 30A. It's a convenient, easy walk to the deeded private beach access, which is a game changer with the private bathrooms. We beached all day every day, and also enjoyed the pool, the workout facilities, and the wildlife boardwalk. The host was quick to respond to any requests, and we would happily rent here again.

Beautiful Property!

We very much enjoyed our stay! We did have an issue when we checked in, but it was quickly taken care of by the property management. They are very responsive and are great to work with. This property is well equipped with everything you will need while away from home. The location is perfect!

Enjoyable stay!

My family and I had a great time! We enjoyed walking across the street for donuts and coffee in the morning and loved having Redfish Taco right next door! The pool was nice and the grounds were very pretty.
