Gorgeous home with a beautiful 1bedroom/1 bath carriage home over two car garage near seaside and close to beach. Leave your worries (and beach gear) at home and experience paradise including a DUNE BUGGY, 6 seater GOLF CART, PRIVATE POOL, bikes/tricycles, beach chair set up for 4 daily with 2 umbrellas(March-oct), additional beach chairs to take to beach, beach towels, PlayStation,ping pong, foosball, basketball goal, bocce ball, croquet set, ARCADE games and more!

The Main Level
The brick, circular driveway sets the tone, and the curved staircase will lead you to the covered porch that enters to the main level of the home. This entrance leads you to the open floorplan and the heart of the home
here, you will find the wide open views of the kitchen, Family room and dining area. The main living portion of the home features 14’ high ceilings, hardwood flooring, rich moldings, elaborate doors and 3 primary bedrooms, each containing their en suite bathrooms
all featuring high end tiles, lights and counters.

The Family room has a fireplace as does the screened porch off the main level
speaking of the screened porch, you can relax in the glow of a fire in the fireplace while you watch tv, or listen to the fountains of the pool below.

Upper level
A large loft/sitting area with smart tv and overlooks the main family room/kitchen area below. The vaulted ceiling creates are dramatic flair to the upper level and also allows for a very comfortable conversation/gathering area. There’s also 2 bedrooms with their own full baths. The additional bunk space (which has 3 full beds) also has a full bath which covers the bunk area sleepers as well as guest visiting in the loft area.

Lower Level
As you go down to the lower level, you will be greeted by the island style bar that opens to the Theatre Room, which features an 85” upgraded tv with surround sound like no other!

There is a full bath and half bath on this level
a roll out bed is there for those who would like to use this area, but the couch is quite a comfortable space that may lure most to rest before setting up the bed!

Leave the doors open and listen to the water streaming into the pool, or enjoy the second, large, covered porch that has 2 glass garage doors which can be raised to bring all of the outdoor living together
and why not challenge others to a game of Foosball, Ping Pong or Croquet?!

Pool can be heated for charge of $50/day.

The BEST Vacation Home EVER!

This house was truly amazing, it was in a perfect location and had so many areas to sit and enjoy each other. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to cook and open to the living area so you can visit while cooking. We really enjoyed the pool area where we all hung out most days after leaving the beach and enjoyed grilling out. The dune buggy and golf cart were so much fun and we never had to take a vehicle once we got there. The host was amazing and we had an easy check-in and check-out. I can't wait to return to 30A and this will be the first place I will try to book. So AMAZING!!!

Family Summer vacation

The house was spectacular and decorated perfectly,The appliances were top-of-the-line everywhere.Tvs were great and in every room.The pool was fantastic and floats and toys were provided. Everything was provided from beach towels to a stocked pantry. Management was in contact if we needed anything and we didn't. The house is new and it showed. I have rented a lot of houses and this one was the only one where all the surprises were GOOD.

30A luxury stay

Property is in a great location. We walked to Seaside but were far enough away from any crowds. Beach access was close and easy. The chair and umbrella service was great. The owner was very responsive to a few small issues. Grandparents, parents and grandchildren loved the pool. The golf cart was very helpful. We had a great time.

We had a great family vacation. The hosts were so responsive and helpful, the house was clean and beautiful, and it was the perfect set up even with 2 infants. The beach was very close and the golf cart and dune buggy made getting around extremely easy. The house has everything you could possibly need.

Extraordinary Home!

In the past, online pictures and descriptions of homes we have stayed in, made the homes and rooms look bigger and better than they actually were! But, not the Carr house!! It surpassed even these beautiful pictures and exceeded our greatest expectations! Melissa and Terry were a dream to work with
so accommodating, so responsive and so thoughtful. Their home is extraordinary and they have left no stone unturned in making this the most comfortable, lavish, luxurious home possible. From the design, the designer touches, furnishings, exquisite artwork, fresh flowers, imported linens, fully stocked kitchen with latest appliances, beautiful pool, screened in porches, ping pong, arcade game, foosball, croquet, bocce ball for the kids and teens. I'm not sure who loved the Dune Buggy the most...the men or the women:-). The golf cart was so handy for the 4 min.drive down Forest to Seaside where we enjoyed the food trucks and shopping. Surfing Deer Restaurant was fabulous for a special night out. I was initially concerned about the "Public Beach", but that turned out to be the most wonderful surprise of all...Melissa had told me that we would find considerably less people there than Rosemary or WatersEdge...and she was so right! It was practically empty...we had it all to ourselves...FABULOUS! Our Thanksgiving Week at the Fabulous Carr House was the most special family trip ever. Melissa and Terry went above and beyond in making our stay SO MEMORABLE! Can't WAIT to come back!

Absolutely Amazing!

The house was amazing inside and out! The location couldn't have been any better. Short, easy walk to beach. Melissa was super responsive and the amenities of the house were second to none! We had 17 people, 11 of which were 12 and under. Everyone was able to spread out and have their own spaces. Can't wait to go back!

Christmas Celebration

This property is truly extraordinary! We have rented many homes in the area, but never before has one exceeded our expectations as Melissa and Terry’s home did. It is exquisitely decorated, incredibly comfortable and well appointed, with spa-like qualities. The bathrooms are all beautiful and clean, with exceptional water pressure in the showers. The beds are simply dreamy with luxurious bedding. The kitchen is extremely well stocked with top of the line small appliances and cooking essentials. We love to cook and there was every kitchen gadget, pot, pan and knife we could have ever needed. I have never seen such a well equipped kitchen in a rental home. There was plenty of room to gather and dine with a big group as well a smaller gathering areas for reading, watching TV or playing games. The pool was fabulous and so warm despite the cold temperatures. There were plenty of bikes, beach chairs, plush pool/beach towels and a wagon. And cant’t forget the dune buggy
. It was so much fun!!! As much as the property was fabulous, the hospitality was even more over the top! Melissa and Terry are so kind, attentive and enjoyable to work with. Since we were going to be away from home for Christmas, they spoiled us with many special surprises that made their home feel like our home. They generously shared their home in unexpected ways and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Overall, we can not recommend this home enough and look forward to returning. It was a spectacular setting for celebrating Christmas with our adult children and their significant others and provided such a lovely backdrop for life long memories. Thank you, Melissa and Terry!

Perfect beach getaway

18 of us came from all over for a beach vacation during the holidays. This house is perfect for a large group and provides every amenity that one could ask for. It’s a short walk to the beach and to the food trucks/shops in Seaside. We highly recommend it!

Exceptional home

We spent Thanksgiving week in this stunning, first class home. Not only was it beautiful, but it was functional for our group of 16. Everyone had their own space. The pool and outdoor area was a hit with the kids. We have stayed in many rentals but never have we seen a home stocked with everything we could possible need! The media room was perfect for watching the ballgames and the screened in porch was where the kids hung out! I would highly recommend this home with no reservations! Melissa was accessible and helpful even on the holiday .

An Unforgettable Seaside Experience!

Let me begin by saying if you are contemplating booking your stay here, this is your sign to DO IT IMMEDIATELY! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this house, and the host (Melissa) is truly incredible. My family and I stayed here for 2 weeks and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked through the door. It was unlike any other VRBO house we’ve ever stayed in. The thought that clearly went into each room, the proximity to the beach (a true 4 minute walk), the amazing pool, the beach chair service, and fantastic host make this place a winner! The house was clean, well stocked with anything you might need, and is a 5 star house through and through. Melissa was always quick to answer any questions we had, and it’s evident she really cares about her guests. This house has something to offer for the entire family! You will not regret your stay here, and I can guarantee your group will still be talking about this place long after vacation is over!
