This secluded paradise has got everything you need for a relaxed stay; up to 8 people will be spaciously accommodated in this home. Upstairs and downstairs patios give a handful of options for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. For eating indoors, the 4-seat peninsula and 8-seat dining area are the perfect set-ups for sharing laughs and making memories with your favorite people!

On the first floor, you'll find a bright and airy space where the living area flows into the kitchen and dining areas. Relax on the sofa in the living area, where a TV awaits to entertain you after a day of seaside activities. The kitchen features modern appliances, including a washer and dryer for added convenience, as well as a standard coffee maker, Keurig, oven, microwave, and refrigerator, ensuring your stay is both comfortable and hassle-free.

Head upstairs to find four cozy bedrooms, each offering comfortable beds, private bathrooms, and entertainment with their own TVs. 2nd floor, Bedroom 1: 2 twin single beds.

2nd floor: Twin-over-twin bunk bed is located in the hallway and no door with tv, closet, private balcony access, private bathroom.

Beach Access:
Exit the neighborhood and cross 30A. To the west of Sanctuary by The Sea complex you'll find your gated walkway to the beach. Once down the pathway, head right towards the public beach or on your left past the sections of private beach you'll find Grayton Beach State Park.

Preserve at Grayton Beach:
The Preserve at Grayton Beach is an ultra-exclusive, gated community right on Scenic 30A. This neighborhood features custom built beach-chic homes with state-of-the-art amenities and inclusions. In one of these meticulously appointed homes, you’ll find yourself surrounded by one-of-a-kind beauty that is unsurpassed in every sense. Enjoy 2 community pools (1 heated seasonally) and tennis courts. The location puts you within walking or biking distance from all the area's popular spots. From ice cream to shopping, you'll find it in the Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain Beach areas.

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
