We had a wonderful second time at Barefoot Cottage! It has a tropical feel outside with the palm trees and other plants, trees, and birds! We all enjoy the front porch feel and the beauty very much. The interior is delightful with light colors and a beachy feel. We really love it there, however, our family is growing and we need more space for next year. Thank you for sharing your home with us for the last two years!

Fun Beach Getaway!

Kids loved having bikes and a golf cart to explore 30A. It’s a short bike ride to the beach and shops. The previous review with info about golf cart parking and beach access instructions was helpful! The pool code was different, but we just asked someone who was in there. We had a wonderfully relaxing time.

Awesome!

We had a wonderful time in Seagrove. We were very surprised at how wonderful the house was and the pretty neighborhood. It was the first time we've taken a family vacation to FL and this area. We are headed back next year and staying in the same place! The house was very clean and it had everything in the kitchen you could possibly want. The house also had boogie boards and other things that people have left behind which was so nice not having to purchase these things because we flew to FL and couldn't take these things. We went everywhere in the golf cart and had a great time. The bikes at the house were a huge help because there wasn't much parking at the beach for our golf cart, so we'd pack up the golf cart, drive it to the beach, unload, drive it back to the house, and take the bike to the beach. It sounds like a hassle but it wasn't. It worked very well! It was a fantastic stay and we thank you!!

Beautiful home. Wish it was closer to the beach.

The home is new and beautifully decorated. It is also well stocked with all the supplies you might need. The distance to the beach was further than I like but I thought it wouldn’t be a problem since we had the golf cart. There is no golf cart parking at the closest beach access. Bikes only. There is a public parking lot about 3 blocks away from the beach access but there’s only a few spots and it’s always full. Several golf carts parked along side the lot and each had $100 parking tickets taped to them. So, not ideal when you have beach gear to haul. It should also be noted that once at the closest public beach access, everything to the right is private. So go left. We set up early before all the chairs with umbrellas for the private beach were set up (not knowing it was private) and had to move. We found it easier to load up the golf cart with all of our gear, drive further down 30A towards Seaside and find a place to park along the road close to a public beach access. Also, our gate code to the pool didn’t work. We reached out to mgmt. They said they would look into it but never got back to us. The pool was within a reasonable walking distance but we weren’t able to use it.
