Set on picture-perfect Natchez Street—just 377 feet from the beach and directly across from the West Side Pool—this corner-lot property enjoys one of Seaside’s most desirable locations. Expansive porches run the length of both homes, offering multiple seating areas that overlook a landscaped, fenced yard and the peaceful, tree-lined street. Outdoor living is a highlight here, with a large lighted deck featuring dining for up to 17 guests, two charcoal grills, and a charming courtyard strung with twinkle lights—perfect for cookouts and evenings under the stars.

Inside the Main Home (Natchez House), guests will find a gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry, opening into a living area with a leather sectional and large flat-screen TV.
