Snowbird Season runs from November through February, every month. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Beachside Villas 931-Mellow Waves is an incredible top-floor corner unit in the newly renovated Beachside Villas south of 30A. Recently updated and newly decorated, this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers a direct corner view over the seasonally heated pool and lake views from the back. The owners have upgraded the flooring and installed new finishes in each bathroom and the kitchen. The condo boasts a large balcony, which you can access from the main living area as well as the master bedroom.

The complex of Beachside Villas offers 2 pools (1 heated in the off season), tennis courts, shuffleboard, docks with lake views and fishing. Eastern Lake is right outside for your paddle boarding and scenic views! There is a golf cart trolley to/from beach available for our guests at Beachside Villas from March through October.

Seagrove Beach is "in the middle of it all" that Scenic 30A has to offer! Of course, the beautiful beaches are the top attraction, but Seagrove is also home to 2 coastal dune lakes (Eastern Lake and Deer Lake) that are perfect for kayaking, paddle boarding, and eco-sploring. Just like the rest of 30A, Seagrove is also home to many locally owned restaurants showcasing the local catch, boutique and specialty shopping venues, several golf courses are nearby, and the convenience of a full-service Publix (grocery) store is tucked away behind the lush greenery the community has to offer. If all the above is not enough, then Destin, that is known as "the worlds luckiest fishing village" is just about 20 miles to the west.

Beach Access Locations:
One at the end of San Roy Rd and the other at Walton Dunes Access. Beach service is available at Walton Dunes Access. We do not recommend using the beach access by building 6 due to the security guard posted by Sugar Dunes and the private homes. Guests should be made aware that this access is intended solely for reaching the Gulf. To set up on the beach, they will need to walk west past the private homes or east past Sugar Dunes.

Beach Trolley: There is a beach trolley that runs every 10-15 minutes throughout the day from 9-4 pm. Walton Dunes Public Beach Access is the only access that has a beach chair service

Beachside Villas in Seagrove Beach is a low-density complex located in a quiet area south of 30A, just 1 block from Eastern Lake, and offers three great beach options nearby. Eastern Lake Public Beach is located at the end of San Roy Rd, only 1200 ft from Beachside Villas. There is a seasonal golf cart trolley that will take guests to this beach. Sugar Dunes Boardwalk near Building 6 offers beach access over the dunes. Sugar Dunes Beach even offers paddle boarding, beach chairs, kayaks, waterboards, bonfire services, and more available for purchase by Spyglass. Walton Dunes Public Beach is located at the end of Beachfront Trail. Community amenities include 2 pools, lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, BBQ grilling areas, and a lakeside deck. Many fabulous area restaurants are nearby, such as Cafe 30a, Angelina's, The Perfect Pig Gourmet Market, and Old Florida Fish House. Find your perfect beach vacation at Beachside Villas.

AREA ATTRACTIONS:
30A is a fantastic destination, the beaches are some of the worlds best with sugar white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach accesses along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Seaside is a short drive away and is most widely known for being featured in The Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Its incredible architecture has helped to make it famous, but also its faithful replication of the kind of seaside town that used to be common up and down the coast. Seaside has its own Farmer's Market, post office, Repertory Theater, and neighborhood school. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes Seaside famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis -- you'll find it all right here.

Greenway station is 30A's newest destination for gathering, shopping, and dining in Seagrove Beach. The Big Chill offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila to wings, burgers, and shakes. a stop here is quick, tasty, and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. It's a great place to catch a concert, sporting event, or a movie on the lawn.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Sea Turtle Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 783 feet out from the Grayton Beach State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Sea Turtle Reef is at a depth of 12-19 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
