30A Fun in the Sun is exactly what you will find in this expertly new built and designed beach home. We are in the highly sought after area of Eastern Lake in Seagrove Beach. South of 30A and a 5 minute walk to the beach or the community pool. The neighborhood is quiet, calm, surrounded by trees and nature and just minutes away from the Public Beach access at Eastern Lake. No Private Concerns when you stay with us.

Once you arrive you will see the house has been designed as for your comfort. The first floor with windows everywhere gives you the choice of letting the sun in or closing the blinds for quiet dark serenity. With an open floor plan and a kitchen worthy of any gourmet or for family meals and loads of laughter. The living room has a amble seating and a smart television with free wi-fi. There is a half bathroom for guests and a full washing and dryer to keep those beach clothes and towels ready for the next day.

Unlike most of the houses on 30A we have a downstairs Master Bedroom with a ensuite. The sink has a double vanity and the shower of a rain shower head as well as a hand held shower head. A king size bed, a smart television, a closet and plenty of storage space for your clothes.

Moving upstairs you are in for a huge surprise. There is a bedroom with a queen bed , another smart television and plenty of storage that will easily and comfortably sleep 2 adults but that is not the surprise. As you walk past the bathroom which we will come back to we find the bunk room. There are built in bunks with a twin on top and a double on the bottom on each side, The room is decorated with books and seats for perfectly for your kids that they may never want to leave. There is also a smart television in that room.

Coming back down the hall we will find the second full bathroom. The touch of wallpaper gives this room its own unique personality. The shower has a rain head as well as a hand held shower heads to wash the kids abd keep the water out of their eyes. Under the sink you will find a step stool so the little ones can reach the sink to brush their teeth.

We have 4 bicycles for our several properties available so be sure to ask if you want the bicycles and we will let you know if they are available for the dates you have booked. In addition we will help arrange for a golf cart to be delivered to the property should the cart be available for an additional fee.

Last we are local managers. We will not and do not ever interrupt or interfere with your stay but should anything go wrong we can be there in 5 minutes to handle the problem. We are available to help and recommend should you want our help or recommendation.
