Perfect location and the beach was beautiful! Has several things that we were not expecting, like beach chairs and that was a wonderful surprise! We also love the fact that it had a grill and you could walk right outside to a grassy area where you can hang out.

We had a total of 7 in our group. The location of the unit was nice and close to the beach and downtown activities. The down fall to the bottom unit was when the people above us dumped their cigarette ashes down below or spilt something and it got all over our stuff down below. The unit was clean but pretty outdated. We rented a golf cart like most people in the area. It makes it extremely easy to get around town. We weren’t told that there were no golf carts allowed on the property and were asked to remove it. The local neighbor in the above unit was very rude and told us HOA didn’t allow carts. It will definitely be a deal breaker in the future because it was so nice to be able to tour around the area and stop for food on a golf cart. Parking in the area is extremely limited. We also had trouble getting in touch with the property manager. We sent text messages several times and had no return response. We also tried calling the office number and left two messages and got a text back saying to message them with any questions or concerns. Overall the only great thing about this unit was the easy access to the beach. Also, if you are staying in the units closest to the road there is a huge area that holds water and is very muddy. You will be driving through it everyday.

Great location

The location was amazing and worth staying at the condo for. The beach is beautiful. They provided beach equipment as well. The condo unfortunately has several issues. There are three bathrooms and only two of the toilets were working properly. We told the management company and they said it was on a septic system and would contact the HOA but it wasn’t fixed before we left. The AC works but it did not cool below 74 degrees. The condo also wasn’t as clean as I would expect. A few dishes were put away dirty and there were coffee stains on the counter that were easily cleaned off.

Our Stay at Condo #4

For the price people are paying to rent this unit, the furniture needs updating. New pillows are needed in all the bedrooms. Couch pillows are worn out. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms would be a plus. In master bath the shower knob is broken and hard to adjust water temp. The patio needs to be updated with nicer furniture.

Fantastic location

This was a mothers day weekend with 2 of my children, my grandson and my husband. We absolutley love the location and the place is kept up nicely. The extra seasonings, utensils and pots/pans were an added touch. I cooked all of our meals.

Great Fall Break Getaway!

This property accommodated our party of 6 and was in such a great location! Steps to the beach made it great for the little kids. Very close to the bike rental shop and easy access on the trail to Seaside Square made it great for our teenagers too! Would stay again!

Good location, cleanliness needs attention

Property location was very good. Could walk out the patio door and head right down to the beach on a semi private walkway and stairs. The pictures showed a slightly dated , which was fine. Cleanliness was not satisfactory. Most closet doors (sliding) would not work properly. Heavy Dust on top of appliances. Just because there is tile and leather, doesn’t mean that they should be thoroughly cleaned
at least once in a while. These looked like they haven’t been cleaned in quite some time. Vent returns look like they haven’t been cleaned in months or maybe years. Entryway to condo also needs some attention. Somewhat updated baths were a highlight. We did see and kill a cockroach one evening. So, some pest control is needed. We did run into an issue with a neighbor in the condos who presented herself as the property manager. This person confronted us for parking our golf cart rental in the lot (we didn’t have another vehicle). This person did not speak or present herself in a professional manner. The second confrontation ended with her yelling at us. The property manager listed on Vrbo did not know this person. So we were not sure of this person’s motives. We had friends stay in close-by locations. Their properties were more up to date, satisfactory cleanliness for about the same cost. In summary, nice location, but. cleanliness needs a lot of attention. We would not stay here again.
