We had a fantastic trip and loved this carriage house. Every thing you can imagine is there. We enjoyed the beach set up and pickleball courts. Having a golf cart is super handy too. The mattress and linens were so nice and the house was spotless. The only thing to note is if you are not an early riser or sensitive to light in your bedroom, the sun rises in those 3 East facing windows you see pictured above the bed. Overall, a great value for such nice space and location. Sean and Eileen are great communicators and easy to work with.

Cozy Time Away!

Wonderful spot to get away to the beach. The carriage house is very clean, the owner's are incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and they provide everything you need. You can't beat the walkability to dining locations, the beach, and a local bakery. Plus, the golf cart let's you access even more locations and dining spots!

Pre Christmas Getaway

The hosts, Shawn and Eileen are very approachable and knowledgeable about the area. The carriage house has every single thing you need for a day at the beach and well stocked for staying in, cooking and watching movies! You don’t have to over pack at all when you stay here. This property is on a beautiful street in a quiet gated neighborhood. It is IMMACULATE! We have been coming to 30a for 12 years and this is the cleanest place we have ever stayed- thank you!! Don’t hesitate on booking this beautiful rental- we will definitely be back!

A hidden gem on 30A

What's not to love about this rental? The location is impeccable with access to a private beach (never felt crowded on the beach). The house is cleaner than any rental we have ever experienced. The pride in home ownership is evident. Everything you need is at the location for you - just bring your suitcase. With two younger children, we love having access to two pools, tennis courts and workout equipment. Communication with the owners was so simple. Always made themselves available for whatever questions we had. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

30A Perfection

This place is truly a gem! Everything about our vacation was perfect. Shawn and Eileen are amazing hosts and great resources for everything you could possibly need! The carriage house was immaculate and came equipped for everything we could possibly need while we were there. It was so convenient to have access to beach toys, floats, pickle ball rackets and balls, and that’s just naming a few of the things. The golf cart was such a fun addition. We enjoyed taking it out every day for lunches, dinners, and shopping. It was also awesome to come in from the beach and pool to a house with such great air conditioning. It was so cool and refreshing. This was our first time staying on 30A and we are hooked! Cannot imagine staying anywhere else when we vacation to the Destin/surrounding areas again! One of our best vacations and accommodations ever, and we come once or twice a year to the Destin area. Cannot say enough great things!

Lovely stay

Beach Therapy is a lovely property with everything you need for the perfect beach vacation. We loved the golf cart, bikes, beach toys, and especially the chairs and umbrella that were set up for us every day at the water’s edge. The house is equipped with high-end appliances, kitchen gadgets, utensils, etc. and the location provides for an easy walk to the beach and a short golf cart ride to Seaside. Eileen and Shawn are wonderful hosts and we enjoyed talking with them about the area and their journey to 30A. My only recommendations would be perhaps an extra chair in the living area and a small table and chair set to be able to eat on the beautiful screened porch. If you’re looking for a cozy spot to call home during your 30A stay, Beach Therapy is just what the doctor ordered!

We very much enjoyed our stay!

The location is PERFECT. The gated community is so very nice. A relatively short (and beautiful) walk to the beach and a quick ride to Seaside for shopping, meals, and ice cream. We drove the golf cart into Seaside almost daily. Eileen and Shawn were friendly and helpful. The carriage house was extremely clean and very well-appointed. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Amazing beach therapy

Awesome carriage house. Exceptionally clean with all amenities included. The owners are super friendly and help you navigate the property upon arrival. Loved that everything was included with rental including beach service. Beach was roomy and not over crowded as some are on 30 A.

Perfect location on 30A

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the carriage house! We had unexpected cold weather while we were there so we didn’t make use of the golf cart or bikes, but the house had so many amenities to offer. We loved the location on 30A as we were close to everything we wanted to do and had a great walking trail to walk our pup. The carriage house is perfectly located near the beach and many restaurants! The private beach access was wonderful and we really enjoyed the walks down there. Eileen and her husband were great hosts! Very clean and everything we needed.

Wonderful stay!

My husband, 17 year old daughter, and 55lb dog stayed at Shawn and Eileen’s carriage house for 7 days at the start of Spring Break. The attention and care was evident from check in to check out. Spotlessly clean and excellent location to bike, walk and drive to explore 30A. Beach access was lovely, and although a chair service was arranged by the hosts, we did not use it as it was a bit chilly for us on the beach - however I can picture how lovely and convenient it would be on hot days. 10/10 stay. Thank you Eileen and Shawn!

Perfection

The epitome of a dog friendly rental hosted by dog people with exquisite taste. Better yet, they are amazing communicators and representatives of the community they call home. We loved the seclusion of the private beach and pool options. Yet you are close enough to a myriad of restaurants and more touristy stops if you are so inclined. This is the best VRBO experience we have ever had. Kudos!

Spectacular Romantic 30A Getaway!

We had an absolute wonderful stay at BeachTherapy30A! We actually got engaged during our stay here. The carriage house is stunning and exquisitely clean. We brought our goldendoodle with us, too. It is the perfect size with easy access to everything in 30A. The golf cart was amazing! We never even used our car while there. Thank you for a dreamy vacation!
