The Salty Blonde is located directly on the iconic 30A in Gulf Place Town Center at Ed Walline Park! Enjoy a quick two minute walk to the deeded beach. Florida's most beautiful beach is the perfect getaway, the sugar-white sand & emerald green waters are intoxicating.

This top floor unit is a one bedroom studio condo with Gulf views. The condo has new flooring, renovated kitchen (new KitchenAid appliances) and updated bathroom complete with rainfall walk-in shower. We have curated the perfect beachy retreat. The decor is calm & relaxing, there is even an few live plants to make you feel extra cozy.

The rental easily has enough room for couple & 2 children. It is also suited for elderly guests you can access the condo on the ground floor with elevator to the third floor.

Gulf Place has so much to offer, 3 gated beach accesses, 3 pools (2 heated) tennis courts, outdoor grills & more! Park your car and forget about it. Several dining, entertainment & shopping options are withing walking/biking distance.

As mentioned above the condo is a quick 2 minute walk to the gated beach access. We have two Tommy Bahama beach chairs & a Yeti cooler available for your use. The quick trip to the beach is a rare find on 30A! From the balcony you can enjoy Gulf Views & watch the hustle up & down 30A.

Our 30a excursion

We love being close to the beach. The availability of beach chairs was convenient & made the beach stay more enjoyable. The place is small, not much room for clothes if staying over 1 week. Needed to buy hand soap for bathroom Did not use laundry room- was not convenient. Bought a swiffer sweeper to help control sand & keep floors clean. Maintenance & grounds keeper is out blowing early (8am) on a regular basis! Elevator was a bonus if on top floor! a little pricy for size but great location. Good walking, running, cycling path. Poorly lit at night. Give it 4 stars!⭐ ⭐⭐⭐

Beach oasis!

Everything about this stay was great! We were in town off season for a wedding, and the location was still great! The vrbo provided beach chairs and the white sand is a few minute walk away. We were impressed with the coffee available, some condiments in the fridge, and

The perfect getaway

The house is perfect for a romantic getaway with your significant other. There is so much (including the beach) within walking distance and a ton of beautiful restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream places, and more within 15 minutes driving. Highly recommended!

Anniversary trip

We selected this property in Gulf Place because we love that end of 30a. This unit was great for the two of us. The owners have made clever use of the space and have thought of pretty much everything to make the condo comfortable and welcoming. It was neat and clean upon our arrival. There were good views from the private balcony and the walk over to the beach was super simple. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend to other couples looking for a getaway.

Great location with everything you need

Lovely unit, well appointed with everything you need. Hosts were very responsive. Needed light bulb for bathroom and it arrived while we were at the beach. Unit was clean with nice upgrades. We loved the balcony. The beach access viewed from the balcony was under construction but Gulf Place has two other access points and they were just as good. Restaurants are close by and the Publix on 98 is a quick drive. Would stay here again.

Our new favorite place to stay!

We have been staying on 30A for years now and this place exceeded all expectations! The gulf place is an awesome little community with plenty to eat and fun things to do! The art district in the little city center has activities everyday which were so creative and fun! The hosts thought of many details throughout the condo that did not go unnoticed, awesome!!! We did end up purchasing some extra linens while we were there, weren’t quite enough included in the room (we will bring our own next time). There were some unexpected restrictions on the beach including not allowing us to put up our canopy, so we had to rent chairs and an umbrella for the week. Thankfully we were allowed to use the small tent we brought for our son. Also, they were repairing the closest beach access point so it was closed after the first two days. There were other access points, but they were quite a distance to walk with a baby and all the necessities for the day. Other than that, our stay was perfect and we will definitely be staying again!!!

Felt like home
.but with a view!

Lovely condo with extra touches to make you feel at home. Nice decor that you’re happy to come back to at the end of the day. Fun location with shopping, restaurants and the beach just steps away. You could park your car for a week and go play. Morning coffee and a little wine at night on the porch was perfect. We will be back! Thanks Stephanie and Roger!

Like walking in to a Pottery Barn

Roger and Stephanie's place is nothing short of amazing! They did a wonderful job renovating the condo with high end furnishings and appliances. It was well stocked with anything you might need, and there was so much attention to detail, from dishwasher tablets to labels on the light switches. Furniture was comfortable, and they offered any streaming service you could want with a large TV if you want a relaxing night in. There were so many nice touches and technology such as Google Home and a Samsung phone charge. But don't forget to play some albums on the turntable for a unique experience! We loved the balcony because there was a great view and never any sun. If you wanted to, you could even turn the TV and watch TV from out there. The entire condo was so relaxing.The location is incredible, just two minutes from the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. We enjoyed The Perfect Pig, Shunk Gulley, Sunrise Coffee, and Cafe 30A. The only downside about the location is that it can get noisy on the balcony due to traffic, landscaping, etc. Roger was so incredibly responsive and made our stay so easy! We were in another unit in Gulf Place that wasn't working out. He was able to get us into this one an hour early, which really made our day since we had to spend time finding another unit and moving during our limited vacation time. Walking in for the first time made us feel like we were finally on vacation!

Great location

We loved the condo! It was right across the street from a beautiful beach. It was clean and cozy with comfortable bed and furniture. There was a large walk-in shower. Beach chairs and umbrella were stored under bunkbeds for us to use. Next time we will rent electric bicycles in the shop downstairs. We ate at Shunk Gulley, The Perfect Pig and both were delicious and within walking distance. Will definitely stay again.

Horner getaway

Jon & I absolutely LOVED EVERY SINGLE thing about this property. We have stayed in Gulf Place for a few years but this trip was just the two of us and the Salty Blonde was PERFECT in every single way! Better than we expected. Roger & Stephanie were amazing to work with and their daughter was super helpful. If you are thinking of staying at the Salty Blonde, think NO MORE, BOOK IT!!!

Beautiful ocean view

We really enjoyed our stay at The Salty Blonde both Roger and Stephanie were awesome to work with. The beach was a short walk across the street with a private access and we were there every day. The bathroom and shower in the condo was very nice and modern. Nice kitchen too. The only issue we experienced was not enough towels so we washed them down the hall where there was a free washer and dryer. Unfortunately, the dryer took a very long time to dry. The 2 ceiling fans desperately need cleaned. No other issues.
