The living room offers comfy decor with seating for the entire family! The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. A quaint dining area boasts a table that seats 4 with 3 additional bar stools. There is a king in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen in the third bedroom.

One of the best feature of this unit is the private balcony that overlooks the courtyard area of Beachwood! Enjoy a cup of coffee on the comfy patio furniture along with the Gulf breeze. This complex is conveniently located just across the street from a public beach access~ you can't beat the convenience of this location!

Beachwood Villas is an eight-acre complex in the heart of Seagrove Beach. There are two pools in the family-oriented community. Other property amenities include tennis/pickleball courts, playground, shuffle board, meeting room, and on-site laundry facility. Beachwood Villas is located on scenic Highway 30-A about one and-one-half miles from Seaside. This beautifully landscaped complex has a dedicated beach walk over with shopping and restaurants only minutes away by foot or bike. The 19 mile bike path runs right in front of this property ! There are many places to explore as this area on 30-A is bordered on each end by state parks with miles of uncrowded beaches and Point Washington State Park behind it, with hiking and/or biking trails. Panama City Beach is just 20 minutes away and features the new Pier Park shopping area. (Target, Dillard's, Penney's, Grand Theater.) Destin is about 25 minutes to the West with Silver Sands Factory Outlet. This is a great place to vacation and unwind.

Explore 30A via Golf-cart or Bikes to see all what it has to offer or simply grab your towel and chairs, walk right across the street(30A) and head to the beach. There are so many things to do nearby - you may not know where to start! Whether venturing to the sugar white sands and sparkling blue water of the Gulf of Mexico, or taking a day to sight see, you will love enjoying everything this area has to offer!
