This is a fresh and comfortable beach apartment located in a nostalgic tropical art deco condominium, like they don't make them anymore. The building was built in 2002 but is very well preserved. It has a very nice children's pool.
The apartment has a room with an open American kitchen style, consisting of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, air conditioners and all the comforts.
The space works both to spend a holiday season and to telework. There is WIFI with 120mbs of broadband internet connection and cable TV with 130 channels. if you rent it for more tha moth, it incluide the price of administratiĂłn and public services up to 150$ usd or $600.000 COP.
The accommodation has 93m2, 3 generous bedrooms, two bathrooms, a service room with its bathroom. It has an adequately equipped kitchen with a good gas stove, oven, fridge and all the necessary cooking utensils.
