This 3 bedroom home offers accommodations for up to 6 guests, providing peaceful privacy in its well designed open-concept spaces. The two primary bedrooms are located on the backside of the property, connected to the main house through a bridged walkway on the upper master suite level or through the lower interior courtyard for the second guest suite. The third bedroom is located on the lower garden level, offering a king size bed and a private patio with outdoor seating. These custom-built spaces offer comfortable beds with luxury linens, ensuite baths, and handcrafted carpentry throughout.

The main level includes a stunning open concept kitchen with a breakfast bar connected to a living area. This room opens up to the interior courtyard with outdoor dining on one side and a stunning poolside terrace with sun loungers and shaded seating on the other.

The upper level features a covered rooftop terrace with lounge seating and outdoor dining. Immersed in the dense jungle surroundings, this home invites guests to enjoy the peace and sanctuary of this unique area within our coastal destination.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS

• Digital contract & ID verification required to complete booking
• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
