The Space:

This lovely four-bedroom home comfortably accommodates up to ten people, offering a wonderful blend of comfort and practicality. The flexible den area features a full-size sofa bed, providing extra sleeping space, perfect for accommodating extra family members or creating a cozy space. Outside, enjoy a refreshing swim in the large twelve-meter pool, great for both relaxing and fun exercise, and dine outdoors in the shaded palapa area, a delightful spot for enjoying meals and spending time together. Situated in the heart of Santa Cruz, Huatulco, you are just a short ten-minute walk from a safe swimming beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand. Explore the nearby national park, with its beautiful beaches and scenic walking paths, offering opportunities for family adventures and relaxation. Throughout the house, ceiling fans and air conditioning ensure a cool and comfortable stay, even on the warmest days. Each of the four bedrooms is equipped with a ceiling fan and air conditioning, ensuring personalized climate control. Two bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and smart televisions, providing added privacy and entertainment options, while the other two share a well-appointed bathroom, designed with convenience in mind. Stay connected with high-speed satellite internet, allowing you to easily keep in touch or work remotely if needed

Getting Around:

The area is extremely walkable, a car isn’t needed unless you are exploring further away.



Taxis are reliable and very affordable. There are set rates across the area. We have the current taxi rates listed in our guide.



Other Things to Note:

Owned and operated by Mexican family



The pool and gardens are serviced twice a week. If you are not home when they arrive our property manager will let them in. This is for your benefit to keep the pool clean and the gardens well maintained.



Since the pool is outdoors, leaves and other things can blow into the pool on days when the cleaner isn't There is a pool skimmer basket that you can use to clean.



The pool also has a liner on a roll that you can use to keep the water warm and keep leaves out.



Every room has an AC unit in case the heat of Huatulco is too much for you. If you need to use, please ensure all Windows and doors are fully closed. Please only use AC in bedrooms when you are in the rooms as they will cool quickly.

AC uses a lot of electricity if used excessively. Our goal is to not waste resources and maintain a sustainable footprint as much as possible. We appreciate your help in accomplishing this.



Interaction with Guests:

As we are not always personally in Huatulco, we prefer to interact vía the app as we can generally solve any requests quicker that way. Of course when we are in Huatulco we are happy to respond in person.
