Getting Around:

Getting around Puerto Escondido is a breeze from Casa Ohana. Whether you choose to stroll along the beach, to explore the town, or utilize local transportation, you'll find that the villa's central location makes it easy to access all the attractions and activities Puerto Escondido has to offer.



Our dedicated concierge is available to assist you with any arrangements you may need, from transportation to local recommendations. For an added touch, indulge in our chef/cook service to savor the flavors of Oaxacan cuisine without leaving the comfort of your villa.



Other Things to Note:

📌NUMBER OF GUESTS

Important: An additional fee will apply starting from the fifth guest. Please make sure to enter the correct total number of guests when making your reservation. The number of guests listed in the reservation must match the total number of people staying at the property.



📌LAUNDRY

If you require laundry service, you will find laundry bags in the rooms. The cost is $500 MXN per bag. Please hand the bag to the housekeeping staff before 12:00 PM for next-morning return.



📌STAFF

Maintenance hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Housekeeping service hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

The recommended hours for kitchen service are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; however, this may be adjusted to suit your needs up to 10:00 PM at the latest, respecting a maximum 10-hour workday.

All groceries and ingredients for meal preparation are charged separately.

If you require additional kitchen service hours, an extra fee of $2,400 MXN will apply, subject to availability.

The night guard is on duty from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.



📌SHOPPING SERVICE

One grocery shopping trip per day is included. Please send your shopping list to your personal Concierge before 6:00 PM. Groceries will be delivered the following day no later than 12:00 PM.

Additional shopping trips are available at a cost of $500 MXN per trip.



📌IMPORTANT NOTICE

Puerto Escondido is a growing destination surrounded by nature. For this reason, there may occasionally be noise from nearby construction and local wildlife.



📌You must cover a security deposit of $1,500 USD which will be withheld from your credit card. This retention is fully refundable once it has been validated that the facilities are in the conditions in which they were reserved.
