The apartment, located on the second floor accessible by stairs, opens onto the living room, furnished with two armchairs, a dining table, two sofas and a TV. On the right, guests will find the independent kitchen, equipped with many cooking tools including a microwave, a dishwasher and a kettle. In front of the entrance, an arch divides the living area from the sleeping area, which consists of two bedrooms, one featuring a queen-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, the other one with a queen-size bed and a bunk bed. A second bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

Santa Margherita Ligure is located on the Ligurian Riviera di Levante, in a closed basin in the northwestern part of the Portofino promontory, and in the inner part of the Tigullio Gulf. The center, located east of Genoa, is surrounded by hills covered with Mediterranean vegetation with views of the so-called "Costa dei Delfini", which links the city to Portofino. The town is a well-known seaside resort on the Riviera di Levante.

Part of the municipal territory of Santa Margherita Ligure is included in the Regional Natural Park of Portofino.



Santa Margherita Ligure train station is a 13-minute walk away from the apartment while Genoa airport is 45 minutes by car.
