Beautiful summer house with private pool in Son Serra de Marina ideal for 6+2 guests.
The outside of the house offers you a private chlorine pool with a size of 11mx4.5m and a depth of between 1.2m and 2m. After enjoying breakfast on the shady terrace, you can enjoy sunbathing on one of the six sunbeds and refresh yourself from time to time in the outdoor shower. The front porch is a very nice and quiet place where you can have an aperitif before going out for dinner in the evening. If you prefer, you can also make use of the mobile barbecue and prepare a delicious dinner for your guests. As it is located in an urbanization, you have neighbours nearby but the plot is fenced so that you do not lose your privacy.

The interior of the house is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV and a CD and DVD player if you wish to listen to music or watch a film. Next, you will find the gas kitchen with all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably and there are two tables, one in the living room and the other in the kitchen. There is a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hoover. When it is time to sleep, there are three bedrooms on the ground floor, two of them with two single beds and one with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. Another bathroom with bathtub is on the same floor. Going upstairs, you will find the fourth bedroom with two single beds and a two-seater sofa with access to a terrace with views of the bay and the mountains. All bedrooms have a fan. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

The property is located in Son Serra de Marina at only 750 metres from the rocky beach but along the coast you can go to the end of the village where you will find a natural beach of sand and stones, backed by the dunes. If you prefer, you can drive to nearby beaches such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro where you will find a sandy beach and crystal clear water where you can spend the day. You can also find services such as restaurants, bars, shops and leisure activities. If you prefer nature, you can explore the trails near the Natural Park of s'Albufera but you cannot leave without tasting the typical dishes of the island such as sobrasada, 'arros brut' or ensaimada.

The capacity of this property is 6 + 2 guests. The base rate covers 6 guests; for each additional guest, an extra charge will apply. If the booking does not include payment for these 2 additional guests, the extra beds may not be prepared or available for use.
