We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe. The location of our condo couldn't have been more perfect. The views were gorgeous. The location was perfect. Close to all the attractions and sites. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. The grounds were clean and staff was very helpful.

Great location for visiting Santa Fe with view of mountains (if in certain suites), walking across street to Fort Marcy park which is overlooking entire city, so also fabulous sunsets. Suite was furnished beautifully with high quality furniture and appliances. Walking distance to historic Santa Fe (but uphill on return). Added plus, indoor heated pool and hottub. Free parking. Close to supermarkets. Would definitely return!

Our rental was close enough to downtown Santa Fe that we could walk, but still felt like we were away from it all. The home was clean and had everything we needed to fix our meals. The kids loved the pool and it was inside so no sunburn. We would love to stay here again.

Great Place

Lovely location. Seamless check in. The easiest checkout I’ve ever had. Would stay here again without question. We stayed in a unit facing the mountains, and really enjoyed breakfast tea and coffee on the front outdoor patio, enjoying the view. A 15” drive to the opera; a ten minute Uber to the plaza.

1. on this review, had to look up, it does not list Ft Marcy-it is 'All Seasons Resort' 2. After Hour check in easy, phone contact great. Unit decorated great and with all amenities and was clean. Only recommendation 1. New hotel style cotton bed linens...linens very tired. 2. there were a few small ants or some insect in bedroom and on bed cover and carpet.

Overall, we appreciated the well-designed, cozy unit, but a few important details fell short of expectations. We specifically booked this room because it was advertised to accommodate five guests, with a pullout couch as part of the arrangement. However, we discovered late at night (and therefore couldn't resolve it) that the couch was NOT a pullout, which led to inconvenience and discomfort for one of our guests who ended up sleeping on the couch. Additionally, it would have been nice to have a few pieces of firewood for the fireplace. This experience makes us hesitant to stay here again, as these details impacted the overall convenience and comfort of our stay.

There were some broken chairs in our room. A couple of stools. We were told there would be trash bags in the bottom of our trash can. There were not. We called for trash pickup. It was three days before it was picked up. We had three condos. In one of the rooms, the sheets had not been changed. The whole condo floors had not been cleaned. Black hair in tub, floors, etc. Probably won't stay here in future.

dissapointing stay

first unit was unacceptable as it required 11 steps to get up to the parking lot. I was told is was one level when we reserved, but no mention of the steps to get to your car. i can't do steps. so we changed units to a new one that had no steps going into or out, you could park in front. however, the shower was a bathtub which is difficult to get into, especially since there are NO grab bars. very, very disappointed with the handicap accessibility. probably won't stay here when we visit santa fe again next summer.
