The space:
-Primary bedroom: upstairs, very private, king size bed and private bathroom

-Western room: upstairs, 3 twin size beds, 1 bunk bed with a twin on top and full size futon bed on the bottom, 1 twin bed with a twin size trundle, private bathroom

-Pink room: downstairs, 1 queen size bed

-Orange room: downstairs, 1 queen size bed, private bathroom

**The pink room will have to share a bathroom, the easiest one to share with will be the orange room since they're on the same level

Both living room couches can be expanded to turn into sleeping areas

Things to Note:

Each of the 3 bedrooms except the pink room has a privately attached bathroom. There are no common area bathrooms.

This home is over 50 years old and captures the charm of rustic Santa Fe with a slightly modern take. Because of that, temperatures can range throughout the house. To help with this, all common areas and every bedroom have their own heating and cooling units, with the exception of the pink room. That room, the hallway, and laundry room can sometimes get a little chilly or warm. There is a space heater in that room and with the door closed it stays perfectly warm. Socks will be a very good idea as most of the floors in the house are either tile or wood.

In the winter months (Nov - Mar), 4 wheel drive with snow tires is recommended. There is a steep hill getting up to the property and it can be difficult for regular vehicles when there's snow or ice on the road.
