Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: Retreat to the comfort of the master bedroom, featuring a plush king-sized bed, 55” Smart TV, and room-darkening shades. Wake up refreshed and ready for another day of adventure in Santa Fe!

Guest Bedroom 1: Perfect for the kids or additional guests, this cozy bedroom offers comfortable sleeping arrangements with a queen-sized bed, 55” smart TV, and plenty of natural light.

Guest Bedroom 2: Another inviting, relaxing space, this bedroom features a queen-sized bed, a 55” Smart TV, and a tranquil ambiance.

Pool & Hot Tub:
Step into paradise with our sparkling pool and rejuvenating hot tub, complete with sun loungers, floaties, and pool toys! Spend sunny days splashing in the water or lounging on the sun beds in your private desert oasis. In the evenings, unwind under the stars with a soak in the hot tub, perfect for relaxation and bonding with your group.

Summer Season (May – October)
The pool is open and heated during this season, typically maintained around 78°F. While we do our best to keep it at this temperature, weather conditions can occasionally affect the temperature. The pool is included with your reservation at no additional cost.

Winter Season (November – April)
For guests who enjoy a winter swim, we offer optional winter pool heating. Because it is very energy-intensive to heat the pool in colder weather, this is available as an add-on:
- Winter pool use: $250 per reservation.
- Requires 3 days notice to allow time to heat.
- Weather may affect the actual water temperature.

The hot tub remains heated and available year-round, with no additional fees.

Get ready for all the entertainment with our collection of games galore! Challenge your loved ones to a friendly game of darts or axe throwing, or load up the Infinity Table and choose from over 50 favorites - there`s a game for everyone in the group to enjoy!

Outdoor Space:
Our outdoor space was designed for ultimate relaxation! Fire up the BBQ grill for a scrumptious feast, then dine al fresco on the spacious patio. After dinner, gather around the Kiva fireplace for stargazing and s`mores. Our backyard oasis is the perfect backdrop for creating lasting memories during your Santa Fe holiday!

Kitchen:
The well-appointed kitchen has everything you need to whip up yummy meals and snacks for your loved ones. Stocked with cookware, utensils, appliances, local coffee, teas, and spices, our kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm, with cleanup being a breeze.

Dining:
Gather around the dining table for meals and quality time together! With seating for the whole family, our dining area is the perfect place to share stories and laughter over a yummy meal before or after exploring our incredible city.

Layout:
-The main downstairs living area welcomes you with cozy furnishings, a 65” Smart TV, an indoor fireplace, and southwestern accents, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. A queen sofa bed is available here for flexible sleeping arrangements.

-The conveniently connected kitchen makes meal prep and cleanup easy and breezy.

-A washer and dryer are provided for all your laundry needs!

-Head upstairs and lounge in the loft, which features an Infinity Table for game lovers and cozy hanging chairs for relaxing and reading a book. A double-sleeper bed allows for flexible sleeping arrangements.

-Bedrooms are tucked upstairs for privacy and comfort.
