A little mixup with the check-in as our keys not in the lockbox but I called and he (sorry I missed the name) quickly arrived and provided everything we needed to get to our unit. Very nicely decorated, fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms for all your needs. Great location - close to the plaza and so many restaurants and shops. Thank you so much! We enjoyed our first time to Santa Fe.

This condo unit was lovely and classic Santa Fe. It was much smaller than previous VRBOs we have stayed at, with very small bathrooms and a kitchen that one person could comfortably cook in, making it difficult to share cooking responsibilities. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient to plaza

It seems crazy to have to stop to pick up a key when they could use a lock box. The rental agreement was long and complicated. Everything was complicated and a little inaccurate. It is a charming enough but dark, not great lighting. Great location. The outside patio was covered and unusable, very dirty and the courtyard area had a lot of trash, broken pots and the entire place could use an update. We enjoyed ourselves anyway. It is cozy

Thanksgiving get away

This property was charming. Couldn’t get over how clean it was. It literally sparkled. And the homeowners attention to details were impressive. Lots of tour books of the area very well stocked kitchen, and directions for how to use the washer, dryer and fireplace.. Lovely place.

Rental experience

Check in person was rude! Upon arrival to condo, found the patio dirty. Furniture had covers on it. When taking cover off table and chairs, table and chairs were covered in bugs. I was told they were flat bugs. Spider webs were thick to right of front door. The kitchen table was unstable. We put cardboard and paper towels under the legs to try to level. One air conditioner in master bed room was not sufficient to cool other bedroom. Enjoyed want we came to see in Santa Fe. Connie Reynolds

The property was nice but the listing should have disclosed the fact that only the master bedroom had AC. Also, there was no dresser available to renters in the master bedroom. The only dresser was padlocked by the owner.

Cozy stay in downtown Santa Fe

We absolutely loved staying at this property - it was clean, very well equipped with everything we needed and in the perfect location to walk to the downtown plaza. The property management company was fantastic and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend this place!
