Beautiful Condo. Hated having to deal with finding parking place near Plaza ( for eating, shopping, touring) Price for this property is comparable to those within walking distance of Plaza, but price is the same. We will chose lodging nearer to Plaza.

What a great base for a Santa Fe stay. Comfortable common space, well equipped kitchen, spacious deck for morning coffee. It was a short drive to the Plaza and yummy restaurants. And it was very clean. We would definitely stay again.

Loved the well appointed kitchen and overall decor. There are 1.5 baths in a jack/jill set-up so you have to be comfortable with fellow guests.. privacy is limited. Overall it was great. Erica was especially helpful when we needed help with the smoke alarm battery. Pet owners, please clean up after your pets (patio had a deposit). Again, overall we loved it and would definitely stay there again.

Comfy Stay

Hubs and I spent 3 nights in this cute apartment. It was well supplied, beds were comfortable, and plenty of towels. We appreciated the stacked washer/dryer, so that we could run a load of dirty clothes. TV was easy to manipulate, and the couch was comfy. The apartment was very clean--no ants or critters either. Overall, it was a comfy stay. The back patio was not as inviting as I had hoped since someone had not cleaned up after their dog left several "deposits"; however, the inside of the apartment was spotless. Location was good. Although it was not walking distance to the plaza, it was an easy short drive to the plaza and other places we wanted to visit. The apartment complex was very quiet, and we could part right outside our unit. Because it was a first floor unit, we had limited views.

COVID catch-up trip

Clean and comfy, everything as advertised. We went to the plaza, out Cerrillos and up to the opera as well as Chama-- great location for all of it! We even cooked out on the grill one night. Only recommendation is to add grab bars in shower/tub for safety.

All around great condo

Clean condo, easy access to highway and downtown. Very clean with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend. Kitchen was well furnished with cooking utensils; however, if you need that coffee in the am, you need to bring all groceries (coffee, sugar, etc.) for that morning wakeup. The only criticism is hot water in the shower was not available in the evening and the water faucet was difficult to set. Otherwise, this was a great find. Thanks to the helpful and professional property management.

This place was well kept, clean, and functional. Overall a good location to get to Ski Santa Fe in 30-35 mins. The property managers are very nice, courteous, and highly responsive. Nice stay and would recommend this place for sure. No fireplace; but the heat kept the place nice and warm during our spring break trip. The heat is a bit loud; but works. The neighbors do have two small dogs who do bark a bunch :) so make sure you are OK with dogs barking a few times a day; our kids loved that :)
