For stays of 40 nights or longer, two mid‑stay cleanings are required to keep Casa Serenata beautifully maintained throughout your visit: one mid‑stay cleaning is included in your rate, and a second may incur an additional $350 cleaning charge, depending on the length of stay and scheduling needs. We’ll clearly note any additional cleaning charges upfront. Additional housekeeping visits are available on request if you’d like the home serviced more frequently during your stay.
