Sited beautifully on 0.5 acre with dramatic views of the Sangre de Cristo mountains, this fully air-conditioned 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with 2400 sq. ft. located in the Las Estrellas community is a soft-contemporary beauty just minutes from downtown Santa Fe. The many attributes of this warm and inviting home are: a chef's kitchen with a breakfast nook and small built-in desk, large pantry, access to the garage, fabulous entertaining living/dining rooms with vigas, , in-floor radiant heat, wood burning fireplace, a deck that opens from the dining/living area to outdoor living with incredible Santa Fe sunsets, gas BBQ grill and al fresco dining..

The lower level offers a king master bedroom with en-suite bathroom offering 2 sinks, soaking tub, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet plus access to an exercise room/office/study that leads to the outdoors. The other two bedrooms, one king and one queen, share the hall bath. All bedrooms have wall mounted smart televisions and ceiling fans. The washer dryer room is large and accommodating. Two large outdoor fenced areas, 360 views from the backyard up the hill, access to trail systems, and a two car garage, complete this home. Approximately 2400 square feet. We had no real issues with the property during our stay. The view was spectacular and better than we expected. There were plenty of towels, napkins etc... and the bed and linens were very nice and comfortable. The house was well maintained and clean and very convenient to the Plaza and other locations. The house is private and safe and located in a very nice subdivision. Seeing the snow on the mountains was nice as was the view of the aspens with fall foliage. We would definitely recommend this place and hopefully will stay here again soon.

House was nice and the back of the house was landscaped and fenced with wonderful path and sitting areas with great views. Had a couple of issues that the management team addressed. One issue that need further attention was the invasion of sugar ants.... the pest guy came out to treat... but there needs to be a more encompassing treatment... they don't bit but just seem to get every where ... they did not impact our stay. Info on use of entertainment system would help..we brought our own fire stick with all of our streaming needs. Thanks we had a great time...has a good selection of books to read.Rick Smith

Top home rental choice in Santa Fe

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This beautiful home is situated in the new Las Estrellas neighborhood and has by far one on the very best lots. The view towards the Sangre De Cristo Mountains and the Santa Fe Ski Basin fills the entire view shed looking out from the living room and dining room windows. We stayed here for several months, celebrating Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s. The kitchen is by far the best kitchen we’ve ever used in a rental home. Appliances are top of the line and cooking several meals a day was possible because the kitchen was so well stocked. The house is beautiful inside and out and would make one of the best rentals for the opera season. It’s less than two miles away and less than a five minute drive to historic center of Santa Fe. The property management company was a pleasure to deal with, especially Donna. We had a couple minor issues during our stay but they became even less of an issue because of Donna’s responsiveness and getting it resolved immediately. The bedrooms downstairs are extremely quiet and each of the mattresses were extremely comfortable. They also have the best and largest stock of nice linens available. Each of the bathrooms were beautiful and functional for family living. We stayed at another property before this one for several months that was in the same price range, but Santa Fe Vacation Rentals was by far the best rental provider and this particular home was a measure above the rest and hands down the cleanest! The home presents exceptional value for the money and the owners have literally thought of everything. Also, having a full size garage during a long term stay was so helpful. Our rental stays totaled 7 months while we purchased our long-term home. Staying here for the holidays made for such an amazing transition. It truly feels like a home away from home. Don’t hesitate and rent it today. My thanks to Donna and the owners for sharing this wonderful home. It made our transition here such a wonderfu
