A newly reimagined property from the people who bring you Casita Bella here at Pueblo Encantado is CASA ALTA VISTA. We are a 95 acre property with only 36 casitas nestled at the foothills of the Sangre de Cristo mountains. Our casita is perched near the top of a ridge and elevated from the road below. A private, picturesque and serene retreat with unadulterated vistas of the Sangre mountain range (north), the National Forest (east), and the SF Opera House way in the distance (south).
Enjoy glorious sunrises from an expansive wrap around terrace complete with upscale seating, built in barbecue grill, stone dining table and retractable awning. Two lockable entryways on either side of the terrace and a solid 5ft wall offer extra security and privacy. Our home is nicely positioned with negligible views of other condos and roofs.
During the day, enjoy magnificent views of Santa Fe Old Baldy, The Four Seasons Hotel complex, blue skies, mountains and rugged terrain. In the evening, the entire night sky opens up and awaits your gazing.
Enjoy high quality furnishings and amenities with a comprehensive use of designer and brand name product in warm inviting hues of beiges, cremes and blues for an instant feeling of calm and relaxation.
Enjoy trails and hiking paths up the hilltops right outside your door. A pool (heated and open from late May to October) is 3 blocks away by the managers office. Opera House is 7 minutes away. Four Seasons resort is across the street from Pueblo Encantado. Downtown Santa Fe and world renown art galleries are a short 12 minute drive south. This place was perfect for us. Great hosts that were available and responsive to problems. Loved the location and the place was very clean and well furnished. Had a great stay. Only suggestion would be to have tv in the master bedroom. Though this was a small inconvenience. Loved it.

Had the family for spring break - loved the location. Had an HVAC issue that was handled quickly and professionally- house had everything you need, firewood, kitchen gear, blankets, etc. had a great time and the Four Seasons Happy Hour was a great break!

This was our second stay in this condo. This unit is a stand-alone, quiet, spacious and beautiful. It is a quick trip into Santa Fe to the Plaza or really anywhere else in town, and easy access to day trips to the north.

Beautiful and great location...

The property is well maintained, clean, fully provisioned and well furnished. The patio was large and had great views. Bright and airy. The location was great (as we had events at the Four Seasons) but only a short hop to downtown or many of the parks and hiking trails. Owner was accessible and great communication when needed. Instructions made use very easy. Great few days! Thanks.

Perfect getaway

My family of 4 stayed for 5 days and had a great time! Super close to Santa Fe and a short drive to ski areas. Beautiful views, very quiet, clean and a lovely kitchen. Beds are comfy too!

Amazing Place & View!!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We even had a White Christmas! Kitchen well stocked & Beautiful Decor & Furnishings. Amazing views from house & patio! We went to Santa Fe Plaza several times, ate at amazing foodie places including French & Mexican cuisine. Walked Canyon Rd Christmas Eve~stunning!! Home is in the Perfect location!

Fabulous Foliage and Stay

My friend and I loved staying at this casita in Pueblo Encantado. It had everything we needed. We were right across the street from a multi-day retreat at EQUUS which was the perfect location. We were able to hop over the the Four Seasons for drinks and to watch the sunset over the mountains, the location of this home can't be beat. The host Charles was fantastic and was amazing at communicating with me. He responded to my messages quickly, gave me some great recommendations for the area, and made accommodations for my early arrival. Highly recommend staying here!

OMG views

Fabulous Stay!

Our stay was nothing short of perfect! From the pre-communication with host Chuck about check-in to our check-out, we couldn't have been more pleased with this property. The location is just outside town but easy drive to the plaza or rail yards for shopping. It's such a well kept home with all the items you will need for your stay. The views are fantastic and the neighborhood is quite. Thanks to our hosts for providing a wonderful stay for our week in Santa Fe - we hope to re-book for a longer stay next year! Scott & Chuck

Outstanding, Private, Beautiful Home

We stayed four nights at the end of April and really enjoyed the home. It's a wonderful place to stay - just 15 mins from Santa Fe and 5-6 mins from eclectic Tesuque and a couple restaurants there. The home is really private and in a beautiful, hilly, peaceful area. The patio area is large and a really great place to relax, and is completely private. They have a motorized awning that can come down to provide shade. The home is well-stocked with good furniture (including interesting pieces), rugs, and art, and the main bed is nice with good linens (we didn't use the second bedroom). The kitchen is well stocked and the appliances are good. All the windows, patio, decor inside, place well-stocked. Beds and linens. The owner is a good communicator and is accommodating. You could easily stay here for a week or two - use the home as a base for adventures in the area. We hope to return.
