Fully renovated with old world & cultural design, curated art & furnishings. A/C; Walk to 5 world-class museums/Santa Fe Botanical gardens; Canyon Rd - 3 min by car, Plaza/Dtown - 8 min by car. Classic & special Historical Adobe - newly renovated. Filled with art and antiquities from the early Spanish colonization. Perfect for 1 to 3 people due to one bathroom. Large fireplace in Sala w/plenty of wood and comfortable sitting. 9â dining table doubles as a work space with views to entire property and gardens. Master Bedroom (queen) with ensuite sitting/TV room; organic sheets & towels; quality furnished kitchen. Outdoor opium bed and seating with wrap around portale w/outdoor kitchen w/Weber gas grill; Highspeed wifi.
2 acre property with beautiful old trees, large lawn and gardens. Sprawling outdoor living in warmer months with fire pit, comfy outdoor seating and outdoor dining in two locations. Shared Laundry room has private access for guests - attached to Home through a secure and locked door through kitchen.
