The Space:

Both bedrooms are located downstairs, featuring one queen bed and one king bed for restful nights. Step outside onto the lower deck, where you can soak in the ocean view hot tub or fire up the BBQ in the outdoor kitchen area, perfect for relaxing after a day of surfing or exploring

Upstairs, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area offers plenty of space for gathering with family and friends. The wrap-around deck provides breathtaking views of the Pacific, making it the ideal spot to sip your morning coffee or enjoy an evening sunset. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a day at the beach.



With direct access to Santa Maria’s Beach and close proximity to Pleasure Point, this home is a surfer's paradise. Whether you're here to catch the perfect wave or simply relax and take in the beauty of the California coast, this beach house offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.



Please note:

-This is a peaceful beachside community, and no parties or events are allowed. We kindly ask all guests to respect the quiet neighborhood atmosphere.

-The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

-The TVs are Smart TVs and the living room TV has premium cable channels.

NO PETS

During the winter months and stormy weather, the outdoor TV will not be available for use.



Other things to note:

- We have landscapers, pest service, hot tub, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.



We are required to stick to our cancellation policy and we suggest adding trip insurance for any last minute issues that may impact your travel (Weather, Illness, etc).

Guests must confirm they have read and agree to the following policies:



No Parties or Disruptive Behavior: Surf City Rentals prohibits parties, open-invite events, disruptive gatherings, and any behavior that disturbs the surrounding community, including excessive noise, visitors, trash, smoking nuisances, parking issues, trespassing, or vandalism.

Cancellation Policy: We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy, and no exceptions will be made.

Trip Insurance: We strongly advise all guests to purchase trip insurance to protect their booking in case of unforeseen circumstances.
