This charming 21m² space features stylish décor and a fantastic location, just steps away from popular attractions, shops, supermarkets, and a wide range of restaurants serving delicious cuisine.

The open-plan layout brings together the living, dining, sleeping, and kitchen areas in a smart and functional design. You'll find a comfortable sofa bed made up with hotel-quality linens, a cozy seating area with a flat-screen TV for your favourite shows, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you need to prepare simple meals, including an electric hob, coffee machine, cookware, and essential utensils.

Natural light fills the studio, making the space bright, airy, and welcoming.

The bathroom is equipped with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries to ensure a pleasant and convenient stay.

You have access to a shared outdoor area with BBQ.

For your comfort, the studio is professionally cleaned before each visit.

The entrance and the BBQ are shared with guests in the studio.

Please note: Two units are located at the same address within the same property. Both units share the same grounds, and the driveway parking is reserved exclusively for the group staying in the main house. The studio is attached to the main house.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This location offers easy access to coastal viewpoints and the Cristo Rei statue, a serene cliffside landmark with stunning Atlantic views. Nearby, Reis Magos Beach is perfect for a relaxing swim or snorkelling. Top attractions include the Garajau Marine Reserve for diving enthusiasts. For dining, try local seafood at restaurants like La Terraca or Inn & Art.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and by car.

The Madeira Airport is just 12 minutes from the property.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
