The Space:

The Santa Cruz Beach Life can be easily enjoyed just 1/2 block to Black's Beach in this charming home with many amenities in the Twin Lakes neighborhood of Santa Cruz.  Short-term Rental Permit #221161.



This clean and modern cottage has an open floor plan that includes comfortable seating in front of a wood-burning fireplace and a 55" smart TV with streaming cable.  There is also a dining table that seats 6 people.  Guests will love the fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary to cook amazing meals.  The master bedroom has a California King size bed and an attached bathroom that has both a bathtub and a separate shower.  There is an additional area in the master bedroom that includes a desk.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen size and twin size bed.  There is a sliding glass door from this bedroom out to the back patio.



The beautifully landscaped backyard makes this area the perfect place to enjoy the outdoor dining table and the seating area with the firepit.  Other amenities include the hot springs hot tub, a full gas hook up to BBQ, and an outdoor heater.  Enjoy endless relaxation here. The outdoor shower is the ideal option for washing off after a beach swim.



This highly coveted and rarely available location on 14th Avenue w/ great access to shopping, and restaurants and is just 45 min to the Bay Area.  Starbucks is a short walk away while beautiful Sunny Cove Beach is only a 10-minute stroll. Experience the Santa Cruz Boardwalk within a 5-minute drive.  The local Farmer's market is just across the street on Sundays!

House is clean and feels recently remodeled. Great location, quick walk to the beach, relaxing backyard, and the outdoor shower was great for our sandy kids. The burritos at the corner market made for an easy and delicious meal too. Would be cool if they had bikes available but not a biggie.

Impeccably clean property in a great location. Very short walking distance to a great beach (really kind of two). We had a very minor maintenance issue and they took care of it promptly and without disruption. We stay in SC at least once per year and this was the cleanest and nicest that we have stayed in.

Wonderful Pleasure Point Home

This home has everything. Beautiful interior, lovely back yard to relax and enjoy. Very comfortable 3 person Jacuzzi outside. Master bed is king size and very comfortable. It is a short walk to the beach. The property provides chairs and towels. Small market on the corner. Centrally located. This house is one of the best equipped houses we have stayed in. Can’t wait to return for a longer stay!!!

The beach house was as described in the listing -- not always the case. Moreover it had everything we were looking for for our vacation. It was a short walk to the beach and had a wonderful backyard for relaxing and dining outdoors.

Best weekend stay EVER!

We are all from NorCal and stepping into triple digit weather and decided on a whim to head to Santa Cruz for the first hot weekend home. I found this little gem on Vrbo and it was even better then our expectations, we didn’t even leave the backyard the first night, played games listened to the ocean and enjoyed each others company. We got Capitola, the boardwalk and of course the beach less then a block from the house over the weekend. Our host recommended a Chardonnay cruise and we went with the Champagne Brunch and had a blast 
 we definitely will be returning to SC and this wonderful home!

Everything about this place was great. The overall Phil of this house is wonderful. It’s comfortable and homey and just a few houses down from the beach. Every morning people out walking in. It’s a wonderful neighborhood. I highly recommend this house. And the bed was so comfortable Loved it

Perfect beach cottage

This space was PERFECT for our family’s Thanksgiving getaway! The home was clean and had everything we needed to cook a delicious Thanksgiving meal. The weather was so nice that we were able to eat outside in the backyard! Highly recommend this property!!
