Modern 2-bedroom apartment with terrace, which can accommodate up to 4 adults + 2 children under 14 years age.This apartment in the midst of nature was built in 2022 and boasts a high standard of interior and space designed down to the smallest detail.The property consists of 2 double rooms, a large living room with kitchenette (all spaces with their own access to the terrace), two modern bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet (one with bidet only) and a large, bright living room with kitchenette and one double sofa bed.The large terrace faces the forest and will allow you to relax while enjoying the fresh Dolomite air.The kitchenette has a dishwasher, microwave, hob, coffee machine, refrigerator, cooking utensils, cutlery, crockery and much more.Wi-Fi, linen and towels are provided free of charge.Important information: According to recent provincial law this apartment can accommodate a maximum of:- Adults (from 14 years): 4- The remaining beds can only be occupied by children up to 13.99 years of age at the time of departurePlease note that this law is subject to strict controls by the competent authority and violation of it results in substantial fines. The centre of St. Christina (where there are shops, bars, restaurants and various services) can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. The same goes for the Monte Pana chairlift. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax + pre-authorization through SWIKLY of the security deposit by credit card of 500€.If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to the MUSE.holiday office in Via Arnaria 9A in Ortisei, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.The final cleaning amount covers a standard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.Important: We are partnered with SWIKLY – the leading vacation rental deposit provider.
