Come enjoy this ROOMY NEW 5 BR/ 5.5 Bath vacation home. Need a break or just a place to escape and relax? This is the place! It is nestled in Santa Clara with a beautiful view of Red Rock Mountain. Sleeps 14+ comfortably making it perfect for large families. Each room has a 60”+ smart TV. Enjoy the nearby paths/trails, pickle-ball courts, hiking or take a ride on one or our beach cruisers around the area. It will surely be your favorite fun in the sun getaway!

This space is a 5 bedroom / 5.5 bathroom home is located in Santa Clara, Utah.
4 Beautiful Master Ensuite's- 3 King and 1 queen with a Bunk Room -Twin over Queen, Twin over Full with added mattresses- an air mattress and 2 fold out mats. The master bedroom is on the main level, with a large bathroom and walk-in closet. Upstairs there are 2 more king suites and 1 queen suite with a bunkroom for the kids. There is plenty of parking in the driveway and additional parking directly across from our place.
Other activities to enjoy are ping pong, pickleball, a nearby walking path or just relax by our private pool and spa. Pool is heated upon request. Come relax and enjoy!

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful, had everything we needed and then some! We really enjoyed the backyard pool and hot tub, and the ping pong table and beach cruisers. Lots of great extras. Very clean and great location in lovely Ivins. The owners were incredibly accommodating with an early check in/late check out, which really made a lasting impression.

The house is beautiful and in a great location. We had four couples stay in celebration of my 40th birthday. Everyone had their own room and their own bathroom. Kitchen/grill allowed us to prepare some great meals. Ping pong in the garage was fun and everyone enjoyed the patio and pool/hot tub. The location is great! We were close to the grocery/liquor store, restaurants, Snow Canyon State Park, and Vegas.

Very nice accommodation

The unit was clean and comfortable. The pool was very well maintained and was enjoyed. Bedding, towels, etc. Very nice. It was well over 100 degrees every day being July in that area but the air conditioning was excellent. We have stayed in this neighborhood before but then were close to the pickleball courts which were annoying at 7 am every morning. This unit was in a quiet area of this neighborhood. The kids liked the HOA pool etc. We plan t return. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were well supplied. We plan to return.

Family vacation

This property was the perfect setup for myself, children and grandchildren. The king size beds and bathrooms in each room were an extra bonus. The one thing I would have liked to of changed was the temperature of the pool. It took 2 days with the cover off to get under 90 degrees. During our stay there was a heat warning and I do understand how the cover heats the water up. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place and our host was great!

Perfect Family Getaway

I’m hesitant to review, because I would love to keep this gem a secret! We love these townhomes and jumped at the opportunity to rent one for a long weekend. It’s situated in the beautiful Santa Clara Red Rocks, you can’t beat the scenery, there are tons of walking trails and hiking nearby. The townhome itself was also great, love that it had a main floor bedroom and bathroom and then three additional bedrooms all with attached bathrooms. I love my family dearly, but having your own private bathroom makes travel so much more enjoyable and comfortable. The layout of these are just fantastic, the kitchen is spacious and had the tools you need to grab some groceries and get cooking! The filtered water in the sink was a very cool feature. Love that this townhome had it’s own pool. We also used the pickleball courts and the clubhouse pool table. There was so much to do and it was everything we could have wanted and even more with fun surprises like mints in the bedrooms. I have two of the slightest nitpicky observations. I wished there was garage parking, there was plenty of room on the driveway and guest parking, I just like my car parked in a garage, also, would have liked a bit more sitting room in the main level living room, it was tight for the 6 of us, but again, that is just being nitpicky. We would stay here again in a second!
