Casa Iorana F is a welcoming two-story ancient watch tower located right on the beach. It sleeps three people. From Casa Iorana F you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the beach and of the sea and of the greenery. Casa Iorana F is 48 square meters (517 square feet). It features direct access to the beach and to the sea, a private terrace, a private patio, a shared garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be approximately 700 meters (770 yards) from Santa Caterina Dello Ionio Marina, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet). You will reach Casa Iorana F from the parking area going up approximately two stairway steps.
To stay at Casa Iorana F you will need a car. You will be able to park it free of charge in a parking space.

Direct Access to the Sea
From the property you will have a direct access to the sea and to a beach, which offers a restaurant and a cafe and changing rooms. The area is equipped with a sun umbrella, two deck chairs and external showers. The access to the sea is shared with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The facilities are available from the end of June until the beginning of September. Please note that the use of the facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally.
Garden
The garden is 5000 square meters (54000 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by tall trees and by gazebos. It is equipped with tables, chairs and an hammock. Here you will be able to have fun with a ping pong table. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a fascinating view of the beach and of the sea. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Patio
The patio is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a charming view of the beach and of the sea.
Ground FloorKitchen
The kitchen is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has a window.
First FloorLiving Room
You will be able to enter the living room from the bedroom. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest and a desk. From the living room you will be able to enter a balcony with a view of the sea through a French door. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom - a pass-through room
Important notice: members of your party will need to walk through this bedroom to reach the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. The room has a window. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
