COMFORTABLE BEDROOMS:

Two bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, while the third bedroom is right outside a full bathroom in the hallway - so every bedroom has its own private bathroom with shower. The first thing that caught my eye was the landscaping, beautiful, tropical plants, patio furniture, and sculptures. Like entering your own private sanctuary. The house itself was decorated They kind of mid-century California surfer motive with modern accents. My daughters and I loved all the decor. Three good sized bedrooms and fantastic blackout blinds ensure a good night sleep. The location it was close to downtown and the concert venue we came here for. Very easy to get around, close to the beach, nice neighborhood to walk around. Highly recommend.

The house was perfect for 3 65 sisters on a Sisters Reunion. No beach view but easy walk thru neighborhoods to Shoreline along the water. Nice set up w/ 3bdrms and 3 bath. Loved the front patio and big kitchen table for shared meals. Vons market a mile away. Easy 10 minutes drive to downtown for great Funk Zone and restaurants. Only concerns were no idea where to put garbage/ recycle.

Four women for a concert at the bowl. House was perfect with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms! Place was SO clean. Bedding was super comfy. Towels fluffy and large! Kitchen stocked with everything you would need including a quality set of silverware. Outdoor space is so dreamy & secluded! Quiet neighborhood. Close to the beach. Host was quick to respond and easy to get ahold of. 10/10 - Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Beach Bungalow

My wife and I stayed here with our 5 year old son. His Grandpa and our older son and his fiancĂ©. The rooms are great! Each has it own bathroom which was wonderful with 6 people. It’s a short walk to the beach. Great neighborhood and the host was very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend this place! We will definitely come again!

Superb

Stayed with my Wife and two adult Daughters, one with boyfriend. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms (two en suite). Nice, cozy layout. Immaculate. Well stocked with condiments and toiletries. Abundant towels. 10 minute walk to the cliff and another 10 gets you to the beach and harbor. Fenced, which was great since we had a dog and we would leave the front door and living room french doors open. We didn't cook, but the kitchen looked promising and had a decent dining room table. There was an evident willingness on the part of the property owner to go better than the cheapest option on everthing in general.It was our first time staying on that side of Santa Barbara and thought it was terrific. We loved the whole experience and will be back.

Girls trip

This property is an excellent location. At first when we drove in we thought it would be loud since near campus and some apartments near by but it wasn’t at all. Beautifully decorated,great relaxing atmosphere and walking distance to beach, State street and the Funk Zone. Will definitely go back. Curious if neighborhood is louder during school year.

Much needed relaxation

This property is extremely immaculate and very chic. We really enjoyed the hot tub. It was much needed at the time. The kitchen was fully stocked and complete with coffee!!!!! The bedrooms were very nice. Thank you Easton!

Quaint house with great finishes

I loved that even though the house isn't massive there is still a bathroom for every bedroom. The house is clearly well appointed and decorated very nicely. Although we didn't use the sauna or hot tub due to our short stay it was awesome that these were offered. Hot tub was being warmed even prior to our arrival. Easton was easy to get a hold of and very friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

Great relaxing beach stay

This house is so cute, clearly recently redone. Beautiful rooms, comfy beds, everything you need to relax. The hot tub, sauna, and fire pit on the patio were the icing on the cake!

Location location location

This property is about a 6 minute walk to Leadbetter Beach. I a sprawling white sand beach with some cute cafes and colorful and fun people. Our host was speedy on getting back to us with any questions. Two things, bedding needs to be refreshed. The sheets were a bit thin and threadbare. And we could not find a way to keep the A/C on all night. So, one of us would wake up hot from the air off and have to turn it on again.
