Enjoy all of the amenities the Mesa has to offer including excellent tapas and cocktails at Alcazar, an ice cream treat at Sweetie's, or a healthy lunch to-go from the bountiful local grocer, Lazy Acres. For little errands, CVS, the post office, and artisanal coffee shop, Lighthouse couldn't be easier. The property is beautiful and well appointed. It’s in a great location: quiet neighborhood and very close to the ocean. Highly recommend staying for a getaway to Santa Barbara. Very close to dining and downtown and a short drive to wineries in the Santa Rita Hills region.

Santa Barbara Get Away

Great home and walking distance to Sterns Warf. Kitchen well equipped. Pool and backyard great. The light over the stove was not working and the kitchen faucet was difficult to move. Also, one of the burner plates on the grill was missing. Would definitely stay here again.

Boys trip

We return to Santa Barbara every year after meeting at college since 1980. We have rented many houses and this was right up there with the best. The pool was heated. The house was clean and well represented in the online photos. If I was going to get really picky they could use a better wine opener. The one they have works fine,I just don’t prefer that type. If you rent this house I don’t think you will be disappointed.

Excellent location with beautiful home

Perfect spot making it easy to get around to all different parts of town. Quiet neighborhood with nice neighbors. Lots of space to spread out, beautifully kept home, and lots of nice extras making it easy to get comfortable. Pool was such a wonderful addition to the vacation and it was great to hang out on the back deck. Rent it - you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect location

This is a wonderful house in a great location. Close to downtown, the beach, and grocery store. Nicely remodeled with comfortable beds. We needed a quiet place to stay for our sons golf tournament and this neighborhood was ideal. Beautiful view of the ocean was a bonus. Our only complaint isn’t really the owners fault. Our flight wasn’t until 7:30pm and the early checkout time of 10:00am made for a long day of killing time. It would be nice if checkout was a bit later in general. Otherwise great experience!

Great Santa Barbara Rental

This newer rental is fantastic! They have plenty of beach/pool towels as well as plenty of additional bath as well. Well equipped kitchen with Krureg and standard drip coffee pot.All in all great family rental and pool and view are amazing! I highly recommend this rental with easy access to the 101 and downtown and beaches.

Multigenerational getaway in Santa Barbara

This house was exactly as described. It was very clean with comfortable beds and newer bathrooms. The neighborhood is walkable and we saw several families out. My daughter loved the pool and even swam when it was cold and foggy! The kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils and several sets of dishes. The grill was clean and easy to use. The house has a newer Keurig and a traditional coffee maker. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and a Starbucks within walking distance. Good access to the 101 and downtown SB. A lovely stay! Thank you.
