Our 4-bedroom villa welcomes you with spacious comfort and easy access to all the best local experiences. You’ll love relaxing in the open, airy living room after a day of exploring. Plush seating invites everyone to unwind, whether you're chatting about the day’s adventures or streaming your favorite shows, you’ll feel like you’re right at home.

The kitchen is simple but fully equipped for whipping up quick coastal-inspired meals. You'll find a gas range, oven, microwave, and full-size fridge ready for action. With so many incredible restaurants just minutes away, you will likely find yourself dining out every night anyway! Reach out for our favorite recommendations! We’ve also stocked the fridge with complimentary still and sparkling water, cranberry juice, ice, and space to chill your favorite bottle of local wine. A Keurig-style coffee machine will greet you each morning for your fresh cup of joe—k-cups are included! Lastly, there are two large, private sun decks off the kitchen and living room, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee, or an evening glass of wine.

Each of the four bedrooms offers a peaceful escape, with brand new mattresses and soft linens delivering sweet dreams. Thoughtful touches like fluffy pillows, extra blankets, blackout curtains, and reading lamps with USB charging ports make every room a restful haven you’ll enjoy returning to. Three full bathrooms complete with hand and body soap, shampoo and conditioner help mornings run smoothly, even with eight guests.

If you’re a foodie, you’re in for a treat! Around every corner, you’ll find farm-to-table restaurants, fresh seafood spots, and wine bars showcasing Santa Barbara’s famous vineyards. Whether you're after a romantic evening out or family-friendly fare, downtown dining has something for everyone.

Santa Barbara’s beachy charm is part of its magic, and the Villa puts you in the heart of it. The main beaches are a short drive or easy walk away—ideal for sunbathing, surfing, or paddling. We also provide beach towels for guest use! Outdoor lovers will rejoice at nearby hikes along coastal trails or in the breathtaking Santa Ynez Mountains. The Santa Barbara Airport is only a 13-minute drive!

End your day on your private deck, where comfortable seating and ambient lighting create the perfect atmosphere for post-adventure relaxation. Sip a glass of rosé from a local vineyard, feel the ocean breeze, and reflect on the day’s highlights—pure Santa Barbara serenity.

Guest Access:
→ The entire upstairs villa is yours to enjoy during your stay! You have your own separate entrance.
→ Keyless self check-in.
→ Use of the private outdoor decks.
→ Access to 1 free off-street parking space in the driveway behind the unit. All other parking is street parking.
→ Access to a brand new shared washer and dryer.
→ Access to a shared courtyard featuring comfy lounge chairs and a dining table with an umbrella.

Interaction with Guests:
We will not be on-site during your stay, but always fully accessible through messenging to answer any questions or concerns.

Other Details to Note:
- This is a separate unit on the upper level of a duplex property. A full flight of stairs is required to access the front door from the ground level. Once inside, everything is on the same level.
- We can only accommodate one vehicle in the on-site parking space. All other vehicles must park on the street. Please pay attention to the street signs for any restrictions.
- The villa does not have air conditioning—most Santa Barbara homes don’t need it! The ocean breeze and pleasant year-round weather usually keep things just right.
- This property has other close-by residents and neighbors, please respect the common areas by honoring quiet hours from 10PM–7AM.
- The villa is situated in a neighborhood near downtown Santa Barbara and near Highway 101. Occasional "city noise" like sirens, etc. is common.
- For non-emergency issues, we do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart.
- There are no refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god or other things that are beyond our control.

HOUSE RULES:
- No parties or loud gatherings.
- Maximum occupancy: 8 people.
- No pets allowed. The fee for violating this policy is $50.
- No smoking or vaping inside the property. A $500 fee applies for violations. If smoking outside, stay several feet away from doors, windows, and neighbors.
- Parking is not allowed in any other space on the property other than the designated spot for the villa, which has space for 1 vehicle only.
- This is a duplex with other residents, please respect the shared spaces and observe quiet hours from 10 PM–7 AM.
- We are currently unable to accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please treat the home with care and remove outdoor shoes at entryways.
