Immaculately renovated modern downstairs efficiency studio, one door down from State Street. Enjoy the Samsung split cooling and heating system and an electric fireplace for ultimate comfort. Includes a flat screen smart TV with streaming and casting features. A private bath with a rain shower, kitchenette with Keurig, microwave, mini fridge, and a patio with bistro set complete this uniquely appointed stay in Santa Barbara. *In an effort to support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries, compostable sponges, trash bags, and green cleaning products.*

NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below an upper unit. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and let them know to please be respectful of their noise level to not disturb downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call our dedicated hospitality line and we will reach out to the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10pm-8am.*

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.

This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs are equipped with apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The unit has fast wifi.

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

The condo is in a great location. We walked to the mission and down State Street. It's also very clean, nicely equipped and in a nice and quiet area. The host was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely rent this condo again!!

This place is beautiful, clean and in a perfect location to walk to all the shops and restaurants on State Street in Santa Barbara. My daughter and I stayed there for her UCSB orientation (about 10 minutes up the 101) and it was perfect. We'll be back.

Amazing stay!

I ran luxury hotels for over 10 years and II have had nothing but bad experiences renting personal properties. But this property knocked it out of the park. I had some of the best sleep of my life. The betting the amenities, everything was excellent. My only minor minor detail was the floors were pretty dusty and there was scheduled road work in the area. Otherwise, I would highly highly highly highly highly recommend, and we'll definitely be using this property. The service and company in my visit.

Wonderful place to stay in Santa Barbara

This rental is a great alternative to a hotel. While there is not a full kitchen (just a microwave, sink and small refrigerator), the room is spacious and has everything else you could want. There was a desk, a table with two chairs, a dresser and a closet in our room. there was also a small outdoor area with a table and two chairs. The king bed was very comfortable. The property manager was immediately responsive when we had a small problem getting in. The location is lots of fun - just off of State Street - with a small grocery store with a deli and a coffee shop a block away. It's within walking distance of more restaurants than I could name. I will definitely stay here again.

Santa Barbara visit

Very good location. A few glitches with check in, but Misty was very helpful at fixing things. Shower control was difficult to figure out and bathroom was COLD. Automatic light when entering bathroom was annoying. Overall a great visit!

Great Spot

This is a really clean great spot in Santa Barbara. Street parking was easy. Access was easy. It was clean and smelled good. Sheets were crisp and fresh. Everything was great! Only con is that you can hear the people upstairs walking around but that’s just part of being in an apartment. Nothing anyone can do about it.

Another great stay

This is my second stay in this unit - this time returning with my infant. We were very comfortable: the unit was clean, well stocked, easy to access, and had the right space for a comfortable week’s stay with this location as our home base. We walked many places (park, cafes, market) and could also easily find street parking when needed.

Place was not as lovely as photos but nice. Arrival access challenging. No cable TV so if you want to see News forget it. Great location near State Street. Treacherous sidewalk on Valerio on way to State Street. Marked with red during day, but very dark at night and markings not evident. I had a real spill with ribs bruised
 waiting for X-ray results.

Beautiful brand new space in a great location!

I had a little difficulty getting in, as the code is 9 digits and it was dark, took a little skill to get the door open. I was very disappointed as there was a beautiful huge flat screen but no cable tv service, only uses apps (your own account) and I am older and don't do that high tech input well with poor eyesight not on your own equipment. . I was tired and wanted to relax and watch the nice tv. I really resented that. I left 6am so I was not there very long...

Great Location and very Clean!

I absolutely loved the location! Just a short walk to all the great shopping and restaurants on State Street. The apartment was very clean and well appointed. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Santa Barbara!
