Immaculately renovated downstairs micro-studio in a multi-unit building only two blocks from Downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences.

This 191 sqft queen-bed unit has a flat-screen smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a rain shower and a kitchenette with Nespresso, microwave & mini fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. *Please note the unit is small ideal for 1 person and shorter stays *

*NOISE DISCLAIMER: This unit is below the upper units. It is possible to hear noises coming from above you. We notify the upstairs guests of this and ask them always to respect their noise level to avoid disturbing downstairs guests. Should you have any issues with this, please call us on our dedicated hospitality line, and we will contact the guests above to remedy the situation immediately.*

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm-8 am.*

## Access

This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, a unique code will be generated and sent to you on check-in day.

Parking and EV charging (shared amenity):

Casa Jardin offers free guest parking in its private parking lot at the back of the property. Please use free street parking if the lot is full. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-serve basis. EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay. Two shared J1772 chargers are mounted on the left side of the parking lot. Two shared Tesla chargers are located on the right side of the parking area. Please bring your own adaptor if needed, and please disconnect when not charging to allow other guests access to the chargers. Casa Jardin does not monitor parking spot use and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.


## Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

## Neighborhood

Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.

Please note that there is an active construction site across the street, led by the City of Santa Barbara. Per the city's noise ordinance, construction work is allowed during 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (weekdays) and 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m (Saturdays). Work is prohibited on Sundays and legal holidays. We apologize if you experience any disturbance due to this work - it is beyond our control :(

For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the building.

This complex does not have live TV service. All TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.

5-Star in a compact space!

We spent one night at Casa Jardin. We were in town for an event and luckily found this gem on VRBO. It is appointed like a 5-star hotel room, but compact which made it much more affordable. Close to everything you want in SB. Looking forward to our next stay!

Wonderful Place, Perfect Location!

Casa Jardin exceeded my expectations in all ways! Booking was easy, communication frequent and up-to-date, check-in was a breeze, the studio was immaculate and tastefully decorated, and the location (within walking distance of State Street and downtown Santa Barbara) was unbeatable. I will be back. Highly recommended!

Casa Jardin is a gem

We really loved our stay here. From the location just a few blocks off of lively State Street, to the cleanliness of the room, the little extras like slippers, great coffee and full set up for drinks/dinner, microwave and little fridge, eye masks, and fluffy white towels, really soft cozy bed and linens, and nice soaps and lotions. They also have free and plentiful parking in back + at least 6 charging stations too. We also loved that we could bring our service dog, Sugar, and also that they only clean the room when you leave (unless you ask of course). For the price it was a great deal and we'll be back for sure!!

Excellent location, kind, responsive staff, just small quarters

This was a great place to stay - perfect central location in walking distance to all Santa Barbara has to offer - State St, Santa Barbara Bowl, the beach and more. Casa Jardin automated check in was easy and communication was prompt when needed, the room was nice and clean, and bed quite comfortable. My only watch out is the size of the space - the price is a bit expensive for the small square footage in the standard studio room. I would recommend to friends!

Overall great value, good amenities, convenient location

Easy check-in and check-out process. Room was well stocked with complimentary amenities. Clean and modern. Appreciated the Tesla chargers in the parking lot. Only thing was the bed was too soft for our liking. Also bear in mind the walls are very thin and you can hear all the sounds from the street as well as other units.

Excellent stay

I was just passing through, and this was the perfect option. Communication was amazing for check in and questions, although there is no staff or facility/just the rooms. They are very clear with this on booking though. Room was clean and tidy, perfect for a night. Bonus was the sound machine to help with any noise. I also loved the electric chargers for my car, and the parking lot. Most places charge for valet so this was super convenient! The bed was a little too soft for me, but that might just be preference, otherwise 10/10 and would stay here again.
