## Space
Immaculately renovated downstairs studio with its own exterior access in a multi-unit building only two blocks from downtown Santa Barbara & State Street. The original Spanish architecture has been preserved while offering modern upgrades & conveniences. Enjoy the stunning rooftop terrace with breathtaking mountain views, open for guests between 8 am and 10 pm.
This 305 sqft king-bed unit is ideal for 2 guests and has a 55", flat-screen Sony Smart TV with streaming, casting, or Airplay features (no cable), and a Samsung split heating/AC system for ultimate comfort. A private en-suite bath with a bathtub and a kitchenette with a Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker, microwave & mini-fridge complete this stay in Santa Barbara. Pets are welcome with a $75 fee per stay. Studio units include remote controlled skylights to ensure full room darkness.
*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*
*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking. Pets will enjoy fresh water from the SIBAYS pet fountain with filtration system, located next to the ice machine in the covered garage.
*LIVING WAGE PLEDGE: Our cleaning fee includes cleaning the unit and outdoor space, professionally. As part of The Living Wage Pledge, we are committed to paying our cleaners fairly. A living wage is a minimum income necessary for someone to meet their basic needs and participate in their community.*
*SUSTAINABILITY: To support sustainable tourism and reduce our carbon footprint, we provide Public Goods toiletries and green cleaning products.*

## Access
This is a self-serve stay. We provide contactless self-check-in. The doors are all equipped with smart locks, and a unique code matching the last four digits of your phone number on file will be generated and sent to you on check-in day via SMS.
We do not provide daily cleaning, however we are happy to refresh rooms for stays longer than 5 days, upon appointment. Please reach out to our hospitality team to switch out towels or request extra supplies.
Parking and EV charging (shared amenities):
Casa De La Vina offers free guest parking in its private parking lot and additional parking spots in the covered garage on the right side of the building. One parking spot per unit on a first-come, first-served basis. Free street parking is available if the lots are full. 5 EV chargers are available for guests to use during their stay; logging into the Tesla pay app is needed to charge ($0.30/kW). Casa De La Vina staff does not monitor parking spot use, and we are unable to request guests to move their vehicles.
## Interaction
This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!
## Neighborhood
Located within walking distance to nearly all restaurants and retail stores on the State Street corridor, 20+ tasting rooms, 10+ breweries, and countless choices for eating or drinking make this an ideal location for anything that may bring you to the world-renowned Santa Barbara Coast.
## Transit
Santa Barbara Transit Center is five blocks away.

For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the building.
This complex does not have live TV service. Instead, all TVs have apps (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV, and Amazon Video) for your streaming pleasure. The property has gigabit wifi, and the unit has a private network for guests to cast directly onto the TV.
Cancellation policy:
A 4% credit card processing fee applies to cancellations via direct bookings at any time.
