Guests have full access to the entire house and outdoor backyard area except for two hallway cabinets, where are used for the cleaners for their supplies.
The hot spa is a fantastic feature to have for our guests. You can enjoy relaxing in the hot water after a long day of exploring Orange County and we provide it for very little cost. It does require high maintenance, however, and as much as we want to make it work for for everyone, it can break down at any time. Please understand that it is the nature of such device and we cannot guarantee it to work. The resort fee will be refunded if it is not working.
The BBQ grill in the backyard is out of service. Per Airbnb safety guidelines, we're not providing any BBQ grill for the guests, but you're welcome to bring your own.
