The holiday home is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and the quiet of the place is ideal for relaxing and sleeping late. Its location allows you to quickly reach the beaches of southern Sardinia. Porto Pino is 5 minutes away by car and there you can admire the white sand dunes, the crystal clear sea and take long walks in the pine forests that line the beach. The Villa has a fenced garden, where you can make exclusive use of the barbecue to prepare your dinners to enjoy at the time of the beautiful sunset that daily forms the backdrop to the village surrounded by vineyards and the Sulcis countryside. Villa Ulivo is spread over two floors: on the ground floor you will find an open space living area with kitchenette, double sofa bed and a bathroom, equipped with shower and washing machine; going up the stairs you will arrive in the sleeping area, where there are two bedrooms, in one, air conditioned, you will find a double bed and a balcony overlooking the pool and the garden of the house and from where you can admire the surrounding countryside and in the other you will find a bunk bed and a balcony overlooking the common courtyard; there is also a bathroom with shower.
