Villa Orlando is a fine and very elegant property located in Sant'Agnello center in a wonderful private garden (at less than 2 km from the heart of Sorrento), with all the facilities at walking distance.

This breathtaking property is part of a wonderful estate divided in two fantastic very large units however, the outdoor and the pool area are only for guest use.

The whole unit is spread over 3 levels and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a private pool and a well-maintained garden and it can accommodate up to 10 people comfortably. (2 people on a sofa-bed).

The outdoor is simply stunning, a well maintained garden all equipped with sunbeds, various sitting areas, a BBQ and of course a wonderful pool 8x4 mt (1,20-1,70 depth) as well as an external shower.

As you enter the villa from the main entrance you need to do about 30 steps to reach the entrance hall, and you will soon be welcomed by its incomparable style.

All is set to the highest standard of comfort and luxury.

The living room is very large and bright thanks to its floor to ceiling french doors and 2 windows where from you can admire a wonderful view from almost each corner of this entire floor.

The living area includes 2 very comfortable sofas, a TV, a beautiful dining table with chairs located just in front of a huge fireplace made in esteemed marble, absolutely beautiful, a perfect mix of modernity and tradition along with a touch of luxury throughout the whole villa.

The kitchen is located on the same level and offers all the equipments you can think of including a very big fridge with freezer, a dishwasher, electric oven and microwave and much more, as well as an extra dining table with chairs for up to 6 people.

The kitchen has easy access to the pool area via a glass door and just outside there is a table with chairs for al fresco meals or just a morning breakfast by the pool.

Moving on to the first level there are 3 bedrooms, 2 feature a double bed and share a wonderful bathroom all in marble with shower. Both bedrooms are furnished with high quality materials and a particular attention to details.

The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with double sink and a Jacuzzi tub, a large wardrobe and offers a king size bed 2 m x 2 m that can be made as 2 large single beds if needed.

The room is made with high quality materials, wooden and marble dominates along with luxury that transpires from each corner.

All the bedrooms have A/C, Tv as well as access to the common balcony that goes around the whole perimeter and the entire level is made with wooden floor.

Villa Orlando offers 2 entrances: one is located at the front of the property with access to the private garage, and the other from the rear of the property.
The villa can accommodate up to 3 normal sized cars

From the garage you can access the property via an internal door that will welcome you into its fantastic basement-suite which, thanks to its windows allows natural lights to pass through thus illuminating the whole area.

From the ground floor of the villa you can access the basement floor via an internal staircase of about 18 steps, as soon as you approach the room you will soon be welcomed by its particular style, a living area with 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed), TV a little pool table, small dining table with chairs.

In order to reach the sleeping corner you need to do 7 steps and find 2 single bed and a lovely wardrobe. This floor has en-suite facilities with shower and a washing machine facilities.
Despite being located in the basement this spacious suite is very bright and airy.

The closest beach is at less than 800 mt.

Sant' Agnello offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.
The city is mostly flat, you will find a wide choice of restaurants, bars and shops and the beaches or the port can be reached on foot or comfortably by lift.
