Modern villa between Binibeca and Punta Prima with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nice interior design and sea views from the terrace with many extras to enjoy a perfect holiday: Air conditioning throughout the house and ceiling fans in 3 bedrooms, WiFi, SmartTV, Netflix, barbecue in private garden of 500m2, covered terraces and swimming pool (separated from the private garden with gate to ensure safety of children) shared with only 10 neighbours and very little crowded.
In the area we also have 2 more villas, perfect for large groups: Conguitos and Peponi.

Family friendly: first cot and high chair free of charge. Additional cots and high chairs available for a charge of 5€/night per set.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Punta Prima is one of the most popular tourist areas in Menorca. The
proximity of the whole urbanization to the beach, all the facilities and amenities are some of the reasons why many visitors choose this area to enjoy an incredible holiday. Restaurants, bars, supermarkets, bike hire, kayaking, paddle surfing, everything you need to enjoy the summer.
Also, just a stone's throw from the Splash Sur Menorca water park, where you can enjoy a fun day out with family or friends.
15 kilometres from the airport and Mahón, the island's main city, where you can stroll around its magnificent port, eat in its restaurants or enjoy a magnificent evening on one of its terraces.
For a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet wine cellars in the village of Sant Luis, just 6 kilometres from Punta Prima. As a curiosity, try their wine sweets.

One day before arrival guest will receive all information about check in, address, code for the key box to collect the keys and a self check in, and a contact telephone number of the villa manager, who will be the person who will help you with any incident or question you may have during your stay.

Please report broken things, to avoid problems for us with future guests

500€/900€ (depending of the house) security deposit will be collected and refunded within some days after the stay
