Discover this amazing 3-bedroom villa in Binibeca, renovated in 2025! It features a fully equipped kitchen and A/C in all bedrooms. The outdoor area is perfect for families, offering a BBQ, shady porch, and a large pool plus a paddling pool—both equipped with a safety fence for peace of mind.

Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is a perfect area in every way. While it is a tourist area also reports calm and tranquility. Perfect for tourism with family or friends, you will find all the facilities to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
It has restaurants, bars, supermarket, dive center, paddle surf kayak rental and bicycles, and only two kilometers from the Splash Sur Menorca water park.
You can visit the charming fishing village to take some beautiful photos.
As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet wineries located in the town of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometers from Binibeca. As a curiosity, do not forget to taste their wine jelly beans.
Just 9 kilometers from the airport and 10 from MahĂłn, the main city of the island where you can stroll through its magnificent harbor, eat in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy entertaining evenings in one of its terraces.

Binibeca is situated on the southeast coast of Menorca. With a beautiful white sandy beach and a wide variety of villas with swimming pool, it is an ideal destination for a relaxing luxury holiday with family, or between friends.

The buildings are low rise and there is hardly a small hotel, so most homes are private homes and villas delight in the menorquean charm and style , surrounded by well-kept gardens and swimming pools.

On the other hand, the location offers everything that our clients may require for a comfortable stay: several well stocked small supermarkets with daily newspapers and fresh bread, open every day of the week, as well as several

good fresh fish, tapas and daily menu restaurants and a number of bars that indulge in the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

In the nearby beach of Punta Prima you will find the nearest pharmacy; although at a 5 minute drive is the village Sant Lluis, the commercial and administrative centre of the area, with a variety of services (banks,

petrol station, supermarkets and an assortment of shops, pharmacy, health centre ...).

For a long stay and wider selection of both designer labels and locally made craft goods, you will find a lot of quality supermarkets in Sant Lluis and Mahon area.

As a curiosity, around this area you will often see `Bini` used in villas and places names reflecting the Moorish occupation: Bini means `belonging to the son of
` from Ben Arabic for son.

Binibeca is one of the most exclusive destination resorts on the island, owing to its peaceful atmosphere and its beautiful landscape.

The rocky coastal areas that extend to the beach are full of accesses to platforms and natural pools, perfect for sunbathing and snorkelling in their incredibly clear turquoise waters that slowly caress the shore of

the beach. Even the most reluctant swimmers will find difficult to resist a swim in them.

Known for its fine golden sand and clear waters, BINIBECA BEACH is one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, ideal for families and very safe for children.

Rental service of parasols and loungers is available on its 400 x 40 meter

sandy area. On the border of the beach you will find a quaint beach bar and restaurant `Los Bucaneros`, from where you can enjoy the beauty of the sandy beach while enjoying a simple meal, or combating the heat with a refreshing

drink.

Just a mile from the beach is the FISHERMEN’S VILLAGE OF BINIBECA VELL, one of the most charming and famous sites of the island: small white houses, a tiny church, a number of arches of Arab influences, narrow streets and a port

where recreational boats swing lazily. White and blue. The most seductive Menorca.

Built in the early 70`s, this resort is located halfway between the Arab and Mediterranean style, recreating the style of traditional fishing ports of Menorca. Their irregular shaped houses and the cobblestone maze of streets make it a magical and mysterious location, where an unusual tranquillity is experienced.

The magic of an evening whilst strolling along its corners, and watching the sunset after a day at the beach, is almost a mystical experience. The resort has several supermarkets, ice cream shops, gift items, restaurants, bars and

playgrounds, which offer various possibilities for leisure holidaymakers in the area.

Great villa, good communication through the booking and check in process. Villa has everything you need for a great holiday, clean, tidy and well equipped. Outside space was cracking, roof terrace sundowners a must!
