The Space:

The villa’s kitchen is a true culinary haven, finished to an exceptional standard and fully equipped with everything you need. Highlights include a dishwasher, drinking-water purification tap, extra-large oven and hob, American-style fridge freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, Nutribullet, and a full range of modern appliances. Enjoy casual meals at the cosy indoor kitchen table or step onto the sunny terrace for an al fresco breakfast bathed in morning light.



At the centre of the home is a striking central staircase, surrounded by the villa’s stylish and spacious living areas.



Lounge: A cool and inviting space where you can escape the midday heat on the plush L-shaped sofa with chaise longue. Enjoy your favourite streaming services—Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime—on the Smart TV and a Marshall amp bluetooth speaker



Dining Area: A generous indoor dining space provides the perfect setting for relaxed dinners or social evenings with family and friends.



The villa is equipped with air conditioning throughout, with individual room temperature controls. Bedrooms feature blackout shutters and sun blinds, ensuring cool, dark spaces for a peaceful night’s sleep. On the basement level, you’ll find a mini gym and a  plus a convenient shower room. This level also houses the utility area, complete with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, and additional storage.

Master Suite – Queen-size bed with views of the small palm garden with a spacious 2m x 4m walk-in wardrobe with ample space for all your belongings.

Room 2 – Twin beds (can be made into King beds if needed) with sliding door wardrobes

Room 3 – Twin beds (can be made into King beds if needed) with sliding door wardrobes

Room 4 – Mezzanine level bedroom with 3 x single beds (can be made into a double if needed) and Juliet balcony and doorway to spacious roof terrace offering panoramic mountain and bay views.

There is a large private bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, shower cubicle and his/her sinks in the master suite.

Villa Bellissima offers expansive outdoor spaces, beautifully designed for relaxation, comfort, and taking in the breathtaking countryside and bay views. At the centre of the grounds is a large 12m x 6m private swimming pool, surrounded by a generous sun terrace with ample sunbeds for all guests. Shaded seating areas provide welcome retreat from the midday sun, making it easy to enjoy the outdoors at any time of day.



Adjacent to the pool, a spacious outdoor summerhouse serves as the perfect entertaining hub - now complete with pool table. This versatile area features a large seating and dining space, a fridge-freezer to keep drinks perfectly chilled, and a substantial charcoal BBQ — ideal for unforgettable al fresco meals. For added convenience, a poolside toilet and outdoor shower ensure everything you need is close at hand.



Entry to the villa grounds is via an electric gate, offering both privacy and security, with parking available for multiple cars. A unique and charming feature of the garden is a small traditional Ibicencan fishing boat, thoughtfully repurposed as a cactus garden—a lovely nod to Ibiza’s heritage.

Villa Bellissima is set within private, peaceful grounds, yet remains just a short walk from the many attractions of San Antonio Bay and, beyond that, San Antonio Town. Within easy reach you’ll find an excellent selection of cafés, shops, bars, restaurants, and the sandy beaches that line the bay—offering the perfect blend of tranquillity and convenience.
