The space
ENTRANCE LEVEL

This spacious villa in Cala Vadella consists of three levels (four when you count the rooftop).

On the main entrance level you’ll find the kitchen, a lovely dining space for 8 people & a relaxing lounge area, with a wood-burning fireplace and large smart TV. A large modern kitchen with all new appliances, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, smoothie maker, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The kitchen has been beautifully furnished from Zara homes with gorgeous crockery and dining accessories including inside and poolside glassware. On the same level, there is a separate laundry room with new washer & dryer and utility space with additional fridge/freezer, iron, ironing board, drying rack, cool boxes and bags for your use and convenience. This floor also has a large WC room.
This space opens onto a south-facing terrace with covered outside dining for 8 people and steps leading down to additional outdoor dining space (for 10) and the pool area.
All floors have air conditioning.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

On the top floor are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has its own ensuite with shower/WC and a king-size bed, with built in wardrobe and chest of drawers, opening onto a private south-facing terrace with relaxing chairs and small table. The other two bedrooms both with king sized beds, share a bathroom with large tub, shower and bidet and lovely roof light. All bedrooms have beautiful Egyptian cotton sheets and bed throws, hairdryer and beach bags for your use.


LOWER GROUND FLOOR

The fourth bedroom is down here, its own dedicated shower/WC room and window looking onto the bougainvillea in the garden.
This floor has a large lounging space arranged to have relaxing spaces for adults and children. Two sofas, comfortable chairs, tables, a large smart TV, bean bags and an area for children to enjoy reading and games. You will find a basket with pool towels for your convenience – but they are not for the beach! This area has doors opening directly to the swimming pool area.

EXTERIOR

The whole outdoor space is carefully gated in, making it private and secluded.

There's a dining area for 10 people, gas BBQ and a pebbled garden with glorious bougainvillea.
The pool area has 6 sun loungers, a covered daybed for two, a large corner sofa and tables, and parasols for shade.
On the roof of the property, there is a panoramic roof terrace with chairs and table to enjoy the ocean views and the infamous Ibizan sunset. On a clear day you can see as far as mainland Spain from up here.

Access to the home is exclusively via remote-controlled electric steel gate, which provides a secure on-property parking spot, to complement the unlimited free street parking just outside.

A portable cot, highchair and optional fitted stair gates are all available to guests with children.
