Villa Miguel is a charming 4 bedroom villa located in the heart of Ibiza in the delightful area of San Rafael. The house is traditional style but with all the amenities required for a relaxing stay in your own private villa. The house boast a private pool, Aircon, Wifi as well as a courtyard with bbq area.



The location is fantastic - situated in the center of Ibiza means a great base to explore the island. The amenities of San Rafael are a few minutes walk away.



The Space:

Inside the Villa

Entering the house you find yourself in the open plan lounge/kitchen dining area. The lounge area has comfy sofas with satellite TV - ideal for when you wish to escape the mid day sun.



The U- shaped kitchen is well equipped and complete with all the modern appliances you need - including fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine and more. From the window of the kitchen you can look out to the pool area. There is also an indoor dining area inside the house.



Even though the house has A/C* villa Miguel benefits from the traditional style thick walls. This means thre house stays cool in the summertime and warm in winter.



The house has four bedrooms. The master suite has a kingsize 4 poster bed and a en suite bathroom with walk in double shower. Bedroom 2 has a large double bed, bedroom 3 offers two single beds with the forth bedroom having bunk beds.



The second bathroom has a bath, shower, toilet and bidet.



The outside space at Villa Miguel is perfect to relax and unwind. Take in swim in your own private pool, relax on the sunbeds or even siesta on the day bed.



A charcoal bbq, outdoor sink and outside dining area is an ideal space for your group to enjoy alfresco eating.

In order to keep the cost of renting this villa as low as possible if air conditioning is required we ask for a small supplement of 125€

Villa Miguel is situated in San Rafael, the heart of Ibiza. This delightful little town benefits from being only 10mins drive from Ibiza Town and 10 Mins from San Antonio. San Rafael boast a great selection of local cafes/bars/restaurants/pizzeria/ice cream shop and a supermarket.



In particular places such as:-



Can Pilot - a long standing favourite as one of the island best steak houses

Bar Centro – traditional Spanish restaurant famous for their menu of the day

Bar Cruce – a bar where locals have been coming for their tostada’s and coffee for years



Within 15-20 mins drive you have access to pretty much the entire island including many of the Ibiza’s beautiful beaches. Amnesia and Privilege are 5 mins drive away.



Getting Around:

Within 5 Min's Walk:- All Amenities of San Rafael including shops, cafes, restaurants and bars

Within 10 Min's Drive:- Ibiza Town, San Antonio and Santa Gertrudis
