The property is arranged over multiple levels and is offered in two configurations, depending on the level of space required. This listing corresponds to the main villa, which comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms across the principal living areas and pool level. Additional lower-level outdoor and living areas (including a second pool and lounge spaces) are part of the extended configuration.

Surrounded by pine forest and with sweeping sea and sunset views, the villa has been renovated to a high standard while retaining a sense of character and ease. The atmosphere is relaxed rather than formal, designed for guests to feel immediately at home and to settle into the slower, easy rhythm that defines Ibiza beyond its busier side.

Life at the villa naturally centres around the spacious, fully equipped kitchen and the various indoor and outdoor dining areas, comfortably accommodating larger groups. Whether gathering for long, relaxed meals, enjoying a quiet morning coffee, or watching the sun set from the terrace or poolside, the layout offers both sociability and space.

All six bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. The master suite features a private steam room, while three further bedrooms open directly onto the pool terrace and two are located on the upper floor, allowing for a comfortable distribution of space across the house.

The main pool terrace offers several seating and lounging areas, an outdoor cooking space with BBQ, and open views towards the sea — ideal for both relaxed days and evenings at home.

The main pool is heated until mid-May and again from mid-September, with heating included in the rental. Outside of these periods, pool heating can be arranged on request for an additional charge to cover energy and maintenance costs.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, with individual units in each bedroom, and underfloor heating for cooler months. High-speed fibre broadband and multiple access points make it equally suitable for remote working.

For entertainment, the living room includes a fully integrated cinema setup, with a motorised screen and projector, as well as a simplified control system designed to avoid the usual technical frustrations — everything can be operated from a single remote.

Families are well catered for, with cots, high chairs and toys available for younger children, while older children (and adults) can enjoy the trampoline, table tennis and a selection of board games — allowing everyone to find their own rhythm during the stay.

Walk out of the house and it is approximately 500m — around a 10-minute walk — down to Cala Salada beach. By car, San Antonio’s well-known sunset bars are about 10 minutes away, while Ibiza Town can be reached in around 20 minutes.

The immediate area around the villa also offers opportunities for scenic walks through pine forest and along the coastline, including towards Cap Nono, making it easy to enjoy the natural surroundings without needing to venture far.

A few practical points to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay.
In line with local regulations, non-recyclable waste should be disposed of between 19:00 and 23:00. This is a standard requirement across the area (set by the local authorities, not the property), and applies to both guests and staff. We provide clear guidance to make this simple during your stay.
Given the natural surroundings, this helps ensure the villa remains clean and comfortable throughout your visit.

For the comfort of our guests and in consideration of the residential setting, the property is equipped with a discreet, privacy-focused system that monitors overall noise levels only (no recording of conversations or personal activity). Its sole purpose is to help ensure a peaceful and respectful environment for everyone.


Security: Given the popularity of Ibiza, it may not come as a surprise to know that a high number of opportunistic thefts happen during the summer. For this reason, we encourage our guests to be mindful of their belongings when out and about, and to make full use of the security measures at the villa, making sure to activate the alarm when leaving the property and keeping windows and doors locked at night. Security is further enhanced by 5 outside security cameras that monitor the perimeter of the property: two on the roof looking towards the road, two on the roof looking towards the sea, and 1 looking over the pool terrace.
Two internal cameras (in living room and dining room) are inactive during rentals, and are only activated in winter when the property is empty.
All cameras feed to a locked onsite NVR.
