Luxury Villa With Magical Sunset Views over Cala Salada
A chic fusion of modern and ethnic styling, this large, luxury family-friendly villa is situated above a beautiful beach and has magical sea and sunset views to be enjoyed from relaxing indoor and outdoor chill-out zones, internal and poolside dinning areas and a large modern sociable kitchen. Fibre broadband and various internet access points throughout the property make it also perfect for remote working.
Wifi, cinema projector, DVD players, sound systems, air conditioning, under-floor heating, and steam-room. Access to the pool can be restricted, and cots, high chairs, sterilizer, monitor, and toys are available. Older children (and adults!) can enjoy the table tennis and trampoline, and boardgames are available for those after less strenuous pursuits.
Surrounded by green pine forest with stunning sea and sunset views over Cala Salada, the property has been newly renovated and refurbished to very high standards. The tasteful décor is modern with ethnic details sourced by the owners in their travels.
Soak up Ibiza's relaxed and magical vibe without leaving the villa: enjoy socializing in the large fully equipped kitchen; dine inside or out (with seating for 12/16); or watch the sunset poolside or from the living room chill out zone. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with the superb master bedroom with its steam-room and three bedrooms located poolside, and two further bedrooms on second floor.
A few steps from the pool terrace lead to the apartment below, where over two levels are a further three double bedrooms, another fully equipped kitchen, and a dining+living room with a full length terrace.
The property is fully air conditioned, with each bedroom equipped with an individual a/c machine (and under-floor heating if necessary during colder months).
Wifi enabled, guests may also enjoy smart TV, the cinema projector, dvd players, and sound systems.
The sun terrace surrounding the pool offers several seating areas from where guests can enjoy the views and the sunset, comfortable sun loungers, as well as an outdoor cooking area and a small BBQ. In front of the lower floor of the apartment, a zen/cocktail pool and the surrounding deck can provide a quieter sanctuary.
The main pool is heated until mid May and from mid September onwards, and the heating is included in the cost of the rent. Should guests wish to have it heated during the other weeks there is a charge of âŹ900 to cover the electricity costs and extra maintenance.
Access to the pool can be restricted. Cots, high chairs and toys are available for toddlers, as well as equipment for smaller babies such as sterilizer, monitor etc.
Walk out of the house and it is approximately 500m, a 10 minute walk, down to Cala Salada beach. Get in the car and it just 10 minutes drive to San Antonio's famous sunset music bars, 20 minutes to Ibiza town's jet-set venues, and there is easy access to the stunning cliffs on the north side of the island, the well-known beach bars in the south, and local supermarkets.
Please note: In order to comply with local regulations, guests are kindly asked to dispose of non-recyclable waste between 7:00pm and 11:00pm. These rules are set by the local authorities and apply throughout the area -- they are NOT set by us, but we - and our staff and guests - are required to follow them.
As the property is surrounded by nature, regular rubbish disposal is essential to avoid attracting insects or wildlife. Since the cleaning staff are not permitted to remove rubbish outside the designated hours, we ask our guests' understanding and cooperation in managing waste during their stay to help us ensure all our visitors can enjoy a clean, comfortable, and luxurious experience.
Security: Given the popularity of Ibiza, it may not come as a surprise to know that a high number of opportunistic thefts happen during the summer. For this reason, we encourage our guests to be mindful of their belongings when out and about, and to make full use of the security measures at the villa, making sure to activate the alarm when leaving the property and keeping windows and doors locked at night. Security is further enhanced by six outside security cameras that monitor the perimeter of the property: two on the roof looking towards the road, two on the roof looking towards the sea, and one looking over each pool terrace.
Two internal cameras (in living room and dining room) are inactive during rentals, and are only activated in winter when the property is empty.
All cameras feed to a locked onsite NVR.
