The real strength of this apartment is its very central location. Located in Via Gaudio, a few steps (about 100 meters) from the famous Ariston Theater, it is located in the heart of the historic center of Sanremo. The area is full of charm and atmosphere, with typical outdoor cafes, artisan shops and alleys that connect the famous Via Matteotti with Piazza San Siro, where the ancient cathedral is located, and with Piazza Bresca, renowned for its lively nightlife.

You can't leave Sanremo without taking a walk on the splendid Promenade Imperatrice, with its elegant marble paving, majestic palm trees and the suggestive Statue of Spring, a work of the sculptor Vincenzo Pasquali.

- From Genoa Airport, the best way to reach the apartment is by car/taxi (1 hour and 50 minutes - 140 Km).

Alternatively, you can take the bus towards Brignole FS to the Piazza Acquaverde fronte stazione FS Principe stop, from where you can take the train towards Ventimiglia to the Sanremo stop, a 13-minute walk from the property.

- From Sanremo Station, you can reach the apartment on foot in about 13 minutes.

- If you arrive by car, keep in mind that the apartment is located in a pedestrian area, so it is not possible to access directly under the house. You can use the paid parking at Real Park Sanremo (9 minutes on foot) or in the surrounding areas for a fee.
